Anyone notice this near the end of Shard's analysis... not sure what to make of it

If a listed company has an asset and they then sell part or all of the asset then they have to disclose to their shareholders regardless of tr rules
Goldplat will have to notify their shareholders of any sales.
Bsfa have £1.8m of warrants outstanding at 15p, which I expect will be taken up if it slices through that price point. The question is, will the yanks be taking a stake?? (Pardon the pun). And, will the management wait for the full rump to be delivered before needing monies?
Golden with Ree hundreds and thousands on top
I do think that they ought to change the rns headline news, as I have to look through all of the Wundinna updates in order to find information, such as previous gold results. I also saw that when the earned in to 65% they put it at the bottom of other news.
I'm looking at this and hold a few but thinking about buying a bigger position. I noticed that holes 6 and 5 only drilled to 122 and 131m compared with holes 3 and 4 at 200 and 160m, did they not drill deep enough in those holes?
msmn have a stake in this too

This is what I've cobbled together:
From the announcement yesterday, they stated: The Company plans to execute an extensive 10,000m aircore programme aimed at doubling the footprint of known REE mineralisation at Clarke and Thompson. Whereas previously they announced that they drilled 875 drill holes for 7,335m. So it looks like they'll drill approx 1200 aircore holes.
Then RC Drilling: 5,000m of follow-up drilling. When the next drilling round is a 16-hole, ~2,000m programme. So I expect them to possible drill 30 x 150m holes and 5 x 300m holes.
And then I expect the warrants to kick in at 3p rather than a placing.
As said yesterday, I'm not great that the price is the same as the placing earlier in the year, but I do believe in this management, and they have spelled out how the money will be spent, and they do deliver, albiet with slipped time frames at times which can't be helped. If I have one niggle, it's that their last jorc was in March 2019 (as below) and they probably have a good indication of what the current mineral resource is.
*The Wudinna Mineral Resource estimate, as at March 2019, for the Barns, White Tank and Baggy Green deposits stands at 211,000 ounces above a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off grade, classified and reported in accordance with the guidelines of the JORC (2012) Code.
I've so had enough of this stock market. I bought in after the last placing and it's hard to see the same placing price after all of the positive news this year. But if I feel that any company on the entire market is going to turn profitable for my portfolio then it's this one, and so I might top up if I can get a good price.
Here's more news today. So Biden is cracking down on China, and so they'll need to get rees and western chip manufacturers.

So why aren't we grouping together and putting the company up for sale? Surely we can approach other companies and show them the assets and even if we asked for 50p a share then we'd get something back??
Beware of what they say, as they might just mean that funding for Moloai is there until June 23 and not the other projects. I'd honestly be happy to see this company sold now.
The only way that we can prevent these situations is to club together, and put our shares up for sale to another company, if necessary. If we can sell our companies out from under the feet of the management then they'll have to act respectfully towards us or lose their jobs. But it takes everyone to act together.
The problem is that apathy is in the market and so they can get away with anything, but if we all stand together then we can change these situations.
I think that the placing needs to be cancelled and there also needs to be an investigation into where the money that was raised has gone, as they haven't done the drilling that they informed the market that they were going to do.
Is anyone out there?? Anyone share holders that are willing to take action??
Anyone fancy a count this weekend on who's holding what?
I noticed that. But if JA is not careful then a bid might come in before he gets the drill over the line.
