@Saj1224 I genuinely feel the agony of SH and the current situation they are in but the damage has been done already and if dilution is the only outcome so be it, trust me I felt really **** after seeing my shares wiped out in deb.

The only way SH will be wiped out is if the lenders call their debt and on the back of it the biggest looser will be Fosun and they will get wiped out too. Any company can be taken out one way or the other either lenders and bondholders call their debt or it gets bought outright

There was no misleading, the management is crap no doubt about that however they clearly said in May and June that they had received several Non binding bidding from companies in the industry but it doesn’t mean that those companies will go ahead with the deal, the 300m loan from their lenders was subject to selling the airline business but giving the ****ty environment and trading deterioration that every company is facing of course the bids will be extremely low. Therefore they had no other alternative than to turn to Fosun and their lenders for D4E and to be fair you should be grateful that they are looking to dilute you and not wipe you out. Besides all of you were happy a couple of weeks ago when the SP was trading at 13p and bragging about you wouldn’t mind waiting years till the SP reaches £1+ well here is ur chance

TCG has not alternative significant dilution to existing SH or admin, and if u tell me that you prefer admin then consider that the company has already gone into admin and you have lost your money

@kingsteve you want to take legal action based on what? For your info this is not the first time that TCG gets to that stage back in 2013 they had to issue circa 0.5bln shares which also diluted SH at the time. Pls do me a favor and dig up any article from 2013 that mentions SH have filled for legal action

MrMaggoo Why didn’t you share your fundamental analysis this time last year. Don’t say i told you so after the **** hits the fan, if you’re really good at fundamental analysis you should have outlined them when the SP was trading at £1+

Quisty I’m not invested I’ve even asked for your advice a few days ago if you still remember whether it was a good opportunity to go in at 5.5 or not. But instead of him keep on using the same word again he should have some sympathy for those what are stuck at such levels. I’ve been in their shoes before and I genuinely feel their pain as not long ago i lost a large sum in debenhams

I feel sorry for the SH as the share doesn’t seem to find any support level.

Are shareholders being significantly diluted or wiped out the more news i read the more confused i get, the rns clearly stated significant dilution to shareholders but some of the media are reporting wipe out. Who are we supposed to believe?

I believe it’s a done deal it’s just a matter of time that the dilution will see the light. Let’s face it there’s no other alternative than administration which obviously doesn’t suit Fosun

Well unfortunately PI’s don’t get a saying in the current situation they have to face and accept the fact as it is

Bigwig getting diluted it’s still better than being wiped out!! I got F all from debenhams. Besides you’ve always said you don’t mind holding your shares for a very very long time this is your chance to do so

If you think you’re having a bad day just imagine the SH with 10%+ stake. I say again having a tiny proportion in the company after being diluted is better than being wiped out

Just live with the fact that SH are being diluted and not getting wiped out like what happened to me in debenhams. I’m not being offensive towards you but a piece of advice don’t ever believe that any BOD gives a damn about SH as you stated in ur previous posts

To be fair it’s slightly better than debenhams at least SH are getting diluted here not like what happened to us being wiped out in debenhams.

Just watched the video and have to say it’s very disturbing how the two are casually talking about the disaster and bad decisions they put the company in over the past few year!!
