This was from the RNS of 27/05/25:

'the Board's objective is to become a highly transparent company on the London Stock Exchange and to provide regular communication with all investors.'

I don't think that anyone can argue that they haven't done this thus far. As in investor am very happy about this. A lot of other companies could learn from this.

Yes, far too much short termism on here. Patience required. Schurter and the good doctor didn't invest at higher levels for nothing. Clearly they have a plan to pivot the business and that is not going to happen overnight.

One poster repeating the info in the RNS regarding intimidation of the executives and another alleging that those very same executives are threatening and blackmailing - got to wonder what is the truth in all of this?

I would like to think that for my own shareholding that the BOD are doing the right thing by the shareholders but who knows!

So just to clarify if shares are sold today the holder would still qualify for the dividend?

Surely Tosca are an investment fund? Why would they want to buy an oil company? Taking a position in anticipation of someone else needing/wanting the shares?
