I would liken McColls to the Coop in terms of convenience and how long and successful have the Coop been. They are sometimes the only shop in certain communities which give them a market advantage.

Yep, quietly going about their business. Bought a few more this morning - showing as a sell!
The market will catch on hopefully sooner rather than later.

I understand that these have to be issued under the takeover rules but I don't know what they actually mean or what relevance they have. Anyone with greater knowledge feel able to enlighten me please?
Every time I receive an RNS alert for Metro I am hopeful that it is something tangible with regard to the takeover only to be confronted with another one of the above forms!
