Jimi - can you message me and lets get our heads together on this. I have dyslexia especially for name and dates. Just need someone to help work through it to see if im barking up the right or wrong tree before putting it out here thx
Im out for a couple of hours but can sort before tomorrow am at latest
Oh btw to LTHs who are thinking of avging down. The sp is losing support, the traders usually sell off at end of week to balance books. Price will be back to placing if people sit on their hands. I have no funds to avg down but have no issue with people getting a bargain as long as its not a blue chip pharma buying upto 29.99% of company or MM
I might be talking rubbish but i think that this is whats happening - said it for months. IT is just my opinion from what ive found.. gla
Who has the most experience in distinguishing between different covid tests on here? Im trying to match up the bumper sales in Beckman and Cytiva for their covid diagnostics product against when GDR got the commercial deal with them? Somethings not quite right here - i just dont have the experience in how to compare apples with apples.
Anyone suggest someone ?
I had a thought earlier, if Kibo can access funds for CO2 sequestration which is being talked about alot more now eg #pvr, #logp - they have cheap coal assets, in light of the rising cost of gas, this too could be a really good asset to hold
The megapacks are storage - not generation of the energy -Kibo would buy these so that every bit of energy they create from the waste is stored and used when the grid requires a surge (like they want to do now with the gas stations) Great idea!
Morning! well im happy that at least this aged well frm 18th August

RE: A holders… Solid view from the other side18 Aug '21
Think i read 16mnths somewhere for IGES but they already have a commercial customer already lined up to by the energy - This project is quite exciting. If they can pull it off, some companies will potentially pay Kibo to take the plastics away as there is already a cost for disposal. I keep thinking the long haul is to work on waste energy production in SA with IGES and then utilise this technology in the UK on the plants they are buying here - long way off but lets see
So ive read in Germany that they believe within next 30 years these waste to energy projects will deteriorate because due to global warming the world will find better ways to transport food and goods so waste will decline
What makes me laugh is, theres always landfill that they could then start to process too - or they can change the fuel, gas, oil, plastics, bio waste - Dont think its a worry for LTH unless yu want hold for 30 years lool
Also Finncap are now promoting the wonderful GDR products and such an exciting company
Ive just tweeted my response and tagged the FCA as did someone else as i tagged it @sackbudd - the tweet has already gone, forgot to copy it, (will remember in future) If your on Twitter - tweet your disgust and questions, tag FCA and add @sackbudd, they cant take the lot down
I spoke to my mate a few days ago and said i wonder if there will be a TR1 from the placing from Beckman?
Their Covid test is on many of the global webpages for Beckman inc Russia, China, Japan, Canada, USA. They are already marketing the "Forthcoming POC " test on Mountain Solutions. I honestly wonder if someone wants a slice of the cake to ensure they too benefit by helping a co the size of GDR move into the US market (and globally)
This is only my take on it.
Whats sales ££ have they had since the reporting date contained in that rns? Why didnt they say "sales have started to increase by XX% since the last trading update"
Ive run a number of businesses and as ive said before, Beckman would not market the products of a small co like GDR if they had not already assessed that they could buy the product. Something doesnt add up.
I see it as this.. There are lots of tests awaiting EUA and FDA approval. How many have had a relationship and rigorous testing of thier products for 5 years with the DOD? There are 500k in the forces, 500k who work for federal organisations. Mountain Horse Solutions are already promoting Genedrives forthcoming POC test. If you just take these two segments of US employed thats 1m test per week x 52 weeks = theres 53mil tests there.
It definitely wasn't there when i first looked at Mountain Solutions website - The contracts page has been padded out too - Getting the MOD to test then buy these products for millions of service men and women must take so long to set up. Biden was talking the other day about investing in prevention of any future biological threats. The Genedrive mobile tester can be applied for 4 different situations and assays while troops are out on sortes - is that the right word??
The most difficult part of any sales is initial customer interactions but once a supplier has proven itself large organisations will used that supplier for many years to come and normally will purchase different products from them, rather than start the whole procurement process again with a new company
Sutton Investor - Look at the Mountain Horse Solutions website and how they describe Genedrive in the partners section
https://mtnhorse.com/genedrive/
In this part they describe 4 of Genedrives products and even mentions the forthcoming POC test
The Company has assays on market for the detection of HCV, certain military biological targets, and has tests in development for tuberculosis (mTB).?The?Company recently?released?a?high throughput SARS-CoV-2 assay?and?has in development?a?Genedrive® Point of Care version of the assay,?both?based on?Genedrive®?chemistry
The DOD has around 500k in service plus the non military that service locations around the world.
Then look at the contracts page
https://mtnhorse.com/contracts/
It took GDR 5 years to get involved with the DOD and be chosen as supplier.
Please let this give you some confidence that its your entry price that was too early and on a ramp than the quality of the products GDR offer
Hope this helps your reserve?
I am sorry for your loss, im not far behind you either
Personally i think you have left it too late to cut your investment now. Try to remember that its not lost until you sell.
The mcap now is far too low for a company with all these new and sought after products. Development and the accreditation takes an inordinate amount of time. Think of the quality of blue chips who are involved. Beckman have created a webpage for 63 global locations to sell the Genedrive test. The hearing test will save the NHS millions each year.
I am personally going to continue to hold and will avg down once good news arrives.
Haha Really easy to spot - I recommend you look at
Jollypaddleboard's previous messages - Have a read and you can see that he/she is either Short or paid to spread negativity on this and many other boards
Hold long and strong everyone - in the meantime i will just let the paddleboard move into the block list
Just thought I could interject some reality here.
The Sp is still in an an upward trend and has been that way since 24th August. The uptrend is small but bullish all the same same. The sp goes up, it goes down but is still going upward at present
