Impressive turn around going on here. Share price not moving as Armstrong is selling out into any good news, but it’s a solid business with £5 mil revenue, they just need to fix the balance sheet after the last CEO went chasing hydrogen unicorns. How much is this worth with a couple of million in the bank and 5+ million revenue?

Do you know how much staff are currently being paid? It has £7.5M mcap, and will have £16M when the sale goes through, what’s the likelihood of that being returned to shareholders, or siphoned off in salaries and bonuses? Moreover, what the heck went wrong here? I read about the competent persons assessment and off boarding of corporate clients, but what the hell does that mean? Seems crazy a profitable business just goes to the wall like this with so little comms…

It’s a rotten ship really, Jepps is basically a GIS developer (way out his depth), the ‘Chief Business Development Officer’ is a shell lifer, no doubt spat out because he wasn’t up to the job, one thing is for sure he won’t have any experience developing business…as demonstrated over the last three years, we need life boats!

All depends how well they have done with their cost cutting. If the can drive revenue to 6 million and keep costs at 5 million, 3 million mcap starts to look very cheap…slow burn

For people in a 2p this could soon double up, if you trust the lying feckers. Only a couple of weeks ago they where saying we need to raise 500k and now they double the stock count for 1.5 million!

Neo have just paid 2M for an option on Buchan because JOG had no other alternatives. It’s completely out of Jogs hands, Neo only develop this if the EPL is scrapped and there are better stock plays for that. Expect this to go sub £1.

A good day for the LTH crew...as we remain LTH's. LOL. Well reading this a few times, I'm happy enough, this is how I see it:

1) The licence now has an operator who can operate
2) JOG still have the chance to farm out more equity, failing that...
3) They will be carried to first oil and retain 12.5%

No need for further funding, and certainly not at this price. With an operator and macro that makes first oil in just over 2 years somewhat realistic. Sit tight.
