Please can somebody summarise this evening's Q&A. Would be very much appreciated.
An hour ago I sent an e-mail to contact@chillbrandsgroup.com enquring as to when the gummies will be back in stock in the UK and enquiring as to why they have been out of stock for weeks.
I am happy to report that a few minutes ago I received this reply:
Dear Nancy,
Firstly, thank you for your email. It is always great to hear from shareholders and we are pleased to take on board any concerns that you may have. We are also glad to hear that you like the gummies, and apologise that they have been unavailable for a prolonged period.
Unlike many other companies supplying similar products in the UK, Chill gummies are sourced from an artisan confectionery partner based in the United States. This means that we are able to offer a premium product, but it can also lead to delays and logistical issues in importing the gummies into the UK.
That being said, our new batch has now arrived in the UK and is working its way through the customs system. We are therefore hopeful that the products will be available from our website later this week. We will reach out to you as soon as they are back in stock.
In the meantime, please do let us know of anything else we can help with.
Best regards,
CHILL
Bellers - thank you - now following Dmitry on Twitter.
What is his moniker?
What does 'jubbed' mean?
Found a few more pennies and just managed another tiny top up of 940 shares @25.35p (£250 inc. charges).
Scraped up a few more pennies and managed a tiny top up of 915 shares @ 26p (£250 inc. charges).
I can see a 10 bagger from this level here. Then with retained shares in EUA2 doing another 10 bagger again quite quickly.
..... watched the film Tulip Fever earlier this evening on BBC2 set in 17th Century Amsterdam at the height of tulip mania (1634-1637 - thought to have been the world's first speculative bubble.
At the height of the bubble in February 1637 a single tulip bulb sold for 10 times the annual income of a skilled worker. The bubble burst when investors realised the value attached to tulip bulbs was irrational. This prompted a mass sell off and bankruptcy for many. By May of that year tulip bulb prices had returned to normal levels.
An interesting case study for speculative investors - investors in Bitcoin and other crypto currencies perhaps?
..... too excited for what might unfold in the morning.
Maytal - I'm very sorry x
Who's having a go at Wordle?
Just had a go with the new word put on at midnight and with EUA in mind my first stab at today's word was SHARE.
Great start - four of the letters were right and in the right position - how's that for luck!
I take this as a very good omen for the coming week.
Hope I haven't spoiled today's Wordle for anyone on this board.
Apparently the daily deforestation rate is 20,000 hectares per day approx. an area twice the size of Paris.
You lot will probably hate me for bringing this up.
I intend to make further investment here, but I do have a niggling little worry in the back of my mind.
Is there any danger of this share being suspended/delisted due to the fundamental change of business since the HNR days?
I have comforted myself by looking at the major shareholdings and see that Russo and Taylor both have just under 7 million shares each, and the large shareholdings of the Schrader family and John Story.
Your comments please.
Christmas Day in Russia today, 7th January.
I am related by marriage to the Master Spy George Blake and I did have a letter he wrote to a family member in England some 30 years describing the bleak and miserable Christmases in Moscow and describing how much he missed Christmas in England. Unfortunately I have lost this document along the way. I wish I still had it.
He escaped from a 42 year prison sentence in Wormwood Scrubs (sprung with the help of CND and the IRA) in the 1960s and lived the rest of his life in Russia. He died well into his 90s a year or so ago.
..... and you used the precise float, whereas I rounded it up to 212 million shares.
Hi RKB
Our calculation for the share price with 10,000 stores at $10 a day profit per store only differs slightly because you assumed 360 trading days in the year and I assumed 364 tradings days (one shut day for Christmas Day).
Just managed a tiny top up of 1988 shares.
Let's keep this in mind:
10,000 stores generating a modest $10 a day average profit assuming a PE ratio of 20 would suggest a share price of £2.54.
If a PE ratio of 40 is applied we can double that to £5.08.
..... is 7th January.
Celebrations end 10th January.
