Oh good, the rampers are back because of a baseless rise in SP. The placing was sold to the market at 0.5 because that’s what it was worth on the fundamentals (so taking out SHer sentiment). It’s not worth 0.9 just because of whatever the SP was a few days ago. It’ll be 0.62 by end of the day.

Oh good another unresearched post. There will be 125m shares issued so 150m or so in total. This share price therefore reflects a £3m market cap (given the decrease yesterday takes this all into account). Not £800k at all.

Can anyone explain this? In July they said they would buy 80% of the company for 1.7p a share, the share price went to 14p and loads of people bought shares. Today then finalised the fact they would buy 80% of the company for 1.7p and people lost their s**t and it’s gone to 2p. Y’all are crazy :’)

The fact people bought in in July when the price rocketed from 3p to 14p WHEN THE INVESTOR WAS ONLY GOING TO BE BUYING AT 1.7P….!!!!! is laughable.

And for the avoidance of doubt, no they don’t give a crap about any of you or us. This transaction gives the investor control of the company and they have total power now to prevent any of us doing anything about it.

But we literally knew this exact transaction was going to happen months ago, they told us, and now people are crying about it. Madness.

It won’t rise - yes there’s opportunities but no evidence that they can commercialise them yet. And they have already said they need to raise funds, before revenue from the breakthrough, so will be a suppressed valuation. Can see a horribly low placing unfortunately to try and get people to fund it.

I struggle to see what’s bent about this. They released news that they were required to by the rules, and people exploded the share price. But the funding requirements and potential share issue were already known a month ago - it’s not their fault everyone just jumped into the share without reading previous RNS…

You lot really confuse me sometimes. When the sale of In The Style was done, the BoD announced that trading will be suspended in September 2023 and the company will be delisted 6 months later. There is no future business or exciting opportunity. The business is a cash sell that is simply going through an MVL. There won’t be any significant proceeds at the end, if at all.

What has Multibagger said that’s so bad? All throughout Covid everyone on this board was celebrating constantly that the potential for making masks was making them all rich. Literally celebrating that you’d all make loads of money because of a virus killing millions. So I can see how it’s upset people.

Openheimer are you taking the p*ss? It was only 90p a year ago because it had In The Style as its trading subsidiary, which went into liquidation and is now owned by completely separate shareholders. This company is a cash shell now with no subsidiaries. God that was a stupid post.
