In my experience, patent litigation in the USA can be really risky and is very specialised. As with investing, the greater the risk the greater the potential reward. To what extent you are able to manage that risk is a moot point.
It’s been a sh@t time for the past 12 months. The good news is that I’ve bought a series III Morris Minor Traveller, with a 1298 engine and a 5 speed gearbox. Happy new year to all.
Do you remember that episode of Minder when Arthur Daley is taken to the clubhouse at an upmarket golf course? His host and fellow guest order a pink gin. Arthur, not to be left out, orders a pink vodka.
The simplest way for the directors to have provided clarity and confidence would have been to buy some shares.
With apologies to Ian Dury and the Blockheads, there are reasons to be cheerful.
Yes. Some folk read the whole of a message. Some don't. Some are optimistic, some pessimistic. Some are patient etc. It's all part of behaviour. Each of us has the right to a point of view and opinion.
I welcome clarification in the forthcoming RNS ahead of CMD. The team will be very busy.

I agree. Investors might prefer to look at HUR as a whole, not piecemeal. In my view, the company has had a pretty good year.

I think the value of BBs is to learn what others are thinking.
Times past . Still the magic of Hungarian Egri Bikaver.
AD, what never Bishop's Finger or Bulls Blood?
For some time now, analysts have written about the "potential" size of this field and referred to technology "if proven" in this part of the world.
In my view, the key quote attributed to Dr T is "This successful result brings us closer to monetising this huge resource". People will be listening and taking notice. Maybe an institutional overhang will start to shift soon.
Signs of Lionel Blair?
Happy to sell at 600. That will buy my Morgan and enough carbon offsets to run it for long enough.
The idea is appealing, but as I'm a cold morsel, I would prefer a dark cellar with a supply of reading candles, some Edgar Allen Poe stories and a few bottles of red wine. That should keep me isolated from share prices and chilled, but not frozen.
Now may I expect radio silence until an RNS bringing good news?

I agree. We need to be patient. 6 months will confirm. Dr T and his team tell a valid story. Have faith.

I did realise you were joking. Hiding in the freezer metaphorically is sound. After all Harry Potter lodged underneath the stairs. I can shut out the noise re HUR and concentrate on other holdings and leisure pursuits.

I think your bold theory about the man in the freezer hasn’t been upheld, but it was a good effort. Treat yourself to a large packet of Haribo Star Mix.
Long wait
Sorry for the long wait in replying. It seems that you intentionally freeze your computer, no doubt to keep it cool, but mine freezes without being anywhere near my kitchen appliances.
I first bought into HUR in December 2017. As I can wait for my red wine to improve with age, some patience with HUR isn’t too difficult, especially as I have to sample the red from time to time to check on progress.
