Why do we need directors buys if the SP tanks but the results are good you ll be gaining more and as I’ve said before if the valuations which have been touted come true does it really matter ? It just depends on or if we finally get an offer and at what price

They have actually delivered on time one was when the government gave a grant (Although they then spouted Agile which was never going to happen look how long and how far we haven’t got since then )

The other was completion of ph1a studies but there again the messing around after and also how long to get peer review out

You never know they might even be able to get the SP back to the original 0.22 so many brought into years back now that would be an achievement

If tox studies have not started after 9 months I’m sure we would like to know why

We really need someone probably younger , credible and with a drive to see us move on and forward planning not change when you like with no real explanation

What we need if possible is a deal for a few million up front so we don’t have to keep begging to HNWI who s main aim is to weaken this company for their own benefit let’s see how good Parker really is providing there’s still people in the orderly queue or was this just B@locks as well ?

Hi PCS sorry for late reply been by at work in answer to your Q why still here I believe we do have something worth while but due to the shambles and misleading information given out over the past we do not have the BOD s to take us over the line .Again if we have best in class or potential why no interest the only thing that’s going to stop this sliding is money comming in and has Parker still got people to form an orderly que which seeing as we have control over a phase 2 asset any deal should involve millions even if low to take us forward to end the need for more dilution and I am in favour of no options or rises till we see some results

Again will wait till year end results to comment but if you go for an EGM I would back it and if tox studies haven’t started the least they can do is have an investor meet and answer ALL questions submitted hopefully we do have enough cash to see us through to mid next year but would like to think we would be sorted one way or another by then

Hi PCS hope all is well and maybe put me down as a nayslayer in some ways but facts are facts from the highs to now down 97pc

From 15 months ago down over 80pc

From jan to now down over 50pc

I can bet you the gent we met who introduced the 5 hnwi certainly won’t be happy with Parker and would you be ? I can bet there arnt many still in profit as I’m sure they would of kept putting more in as the SP kept dropping if they have as much faith in the company as you do also an investor invests when the information they are given by the company is given out

In many cases with Sar under false pretence including time lines expecting a rise not a continual decline

Don’t be offended just my honest opinion happily be corrected with facts
