2 years you can see how long 1801 is taking and do you really think people would invest with Parker at the helm with false promises and the consolidation F@@k up how many hnwi are hundreds of thousands down and you think future investors will be happy with how the company had performed ?

18 months still no peer review of 1801 its Like a boys club with no one being held to account I hope quite a few make it to the AGM and vote Parker out 2 years and where’s the shareholder value ? Going concern

The Company made a loss after tax of £4.2 million (2024: loss of £4.4 million) and the Group made a loss after tax of £2.8 million (2024: loss of £3.4 million), as they continued to progress their research and development activities. These activities, and the related expenditure, are in line with the budgets previously set and are funded by regular cash investments.

The Directors consider that the cash held at the year-end, together with that received after the year end and projected to be received, will be sufficient for the Company and Group to meet its forecast expenditure for at least one year from the date of signing the financial statements. If there is a shortfall the Directors will implement cost savings to ensure that the cash resources last for this period of time.

For these reasons the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis

A preliminary assessment of the available data indicates that the findings observed during the study were disproportionately present in control-group animals which were not treated with SDC-1801, and based on the information available, are therefore considered highly unlikely to be related to SDC-1801. Sareum is reviewing the study data with the contractor and expert consultants to determine the cause of the findings and the appropriate next steps.

Now if Parker was to put out they are confident it has nothing to do with 1801 we are back on track

Good to see Parker actually bigging 1801 up in public and putting across how clean we are 1 month down 3 to go let’s hope it can keep this way till the end , for me anything above the consolidation price + 20pc premium would suit me and still a good price especially if 1802 gives good indications in the cancers mentioned and you never know 737 could surprise us all and good to see the applause given at the end a decent presentation
