Member Info for Gubba

I looking for this to start rising in the lead up to the capital markets day on the 22nd and then have some positive news.

Whats everyones thoughts on the current share price? With the broker share price targets recently and the last update i cannot believe we are back at these prices and i have been slowly adding on any drops.

Barclays reiterated an overweight buy viewpoint with target price of 4850 so they think that share has a lot of upside especially at these prices.

Yet we still drop over 2%

I suppose I just struggle to understand why we can continue to drop with the good results from other developers this week the Halifax house price report was positive.

I can see a nice rise in the afternoon

RICS report isnt out till 14th September.

Just listened to a positive overview on why the housebuilding sector is still attractive and that TW were amongst the most attractive stocks. This was on www.ig.com and it is reassuring.

Why are Bellway up over 3% yet we can't follow suit?

When is the next ex dividend date?

With Henry Boot posting decent results and have a good tick up why isn't TW following suit and the rest of the sector?

Do we know the reason behind it?

Mortgage approvals looks better than expected?

How much further can this keep falling?

When you look after share trades it is showing 4 million more buys than sells, surely that isn't right?
