Tommy,
An excellent post regarding the personal characteristics of an individual manager (in this case PW) which IMO is probably more important for a company of this nature than a forensic examination of the accounts for which most investors remain obsessed.
Rarely post here these days, but remain very committed from the early days and have a very large holding still. Taken some off the table but I remain convinced this is an ‘Apple’ of the blockchain world.
Allow the leaders to lead and you never know, the best in class will continues to multiple for many years!
lolades:
‘ submitted a while ago for it to be on course for Q3’
Yes and I suspect the announcement a little while ago that the application was being considered was when all but the green light had been lit! (Which was the point no one got at the time!)
couldn’t agree more DS, massive news and ‘only the beginning’. I think this will drive the btc price and make organisations like to BOE look increasingly stupid over the next 6 months.
Sorry but I felt compelled to post this interview again... Says so much about the management skill that drives ARB and the way durable partnerships are forged with industry innovators and leaders....
Best PW interview this year. Also interesting take on proof of stake...

Speaking as a fairly large shareholder here Henry Quon gives you the impression of being a very bright, sharp and savvy businessman. It really does showcase the sort of innovation that will propel both companies forward.
He was certainly more convincing that the guy from Pluto...
PW does a lot of videos, this is the best he has done.
Let it assuage any worries you have and go to the beach for the day!
Well I think that RNS affirms my faith in the management: There is a problem with machine supply and this is the solution we have already worked. Good mining numbers, significant Texas progress and further Defi investment.
Not a hint of whinging; problem and solution.
'The O&M contract value for the Company is expected to be approximately EUR215,000 per annum'.
This is the really interesting part for me because it confirms why I am so inappropriately overweight here - its all about the way these agreements generate the 'cash cow' effect. An actual figure has not been available before.
There will, of course, be some margin on the euro1.75m engineering/parts, and the 20% ROI is very attractive but that yearly income, Euro200K on a 1MW facility, lets say Euro 1-1.5mil on a 15MW facility, repeated many times is where to money rolls in. Before long pump priming the equity will not be necessary (hopefully), so that will be the key figure. May not see one again if confidentiality included as part of the deal also.
GerryParry,
I seem to remember your name from the ‘old days my as well. I have ‘averaged up’, partly funded from selling some EQT higher up, and partly form other recent successes. I now have as many as I did way back when the SP was a tenth of this. It just feels ready to go to me, probably up to an mcap of £1bil or so, and I suspect this could happen pretty quickly. DP has put his cards on the table, if he executes perhaps 6 of the 8-9 he has suggested it will get there I am sure.
I stated at the time and always think that ‘price prediction competitions’ or whatever are just a good sign of over exuberance and typically an interest of those with the least patience. I am not a shorter but they would certainly attract me from a psychology point of view as in indication that an SP was overcooked/weak hands.
I have been buying in this lull, now hold more shares than I did originally at 0.19p! As I say to my mate with whom I occasionally discuss share tips...’ I you lose money on it, you can be sure I will lose more!’
Time to just chill and go to the beach.
Thanks V111JAS,
though to put it into context, was into this at 0.187 ave, sold some, bought bitcoin miner, sold some of that that and back into here, lots of skin in the game again now, think this is primed to take off 5/10x. Barring pricing the raise too low at .5 DP hasn’t put a foot wrong IMO.
Reg,
re your ‘cuckoo’ statement; yes, indeed I have always expected that they will be the (eventual) contractors for PHEs plastic gasification technology, though lots of posters here are invested in both companies so not usually a popular suggestion....
Aandi,
As we all know the ROI at 11-13% beats renewables with their subsidies/guarantees. I do suspect that there may be carbon credits allotted to gasification tech which will make adoption even more of a no brainer! Indeed the more you think about it the more one realises it would actually be quite difficult NOT to give credits once the tech is proven by a further plant or two.
