do you hold NIPT and were you in VIY before the RTO. if yes can you pls tell me if there was consolidation and what was it? If I remember correctly VIY was at 0.19p before RTO and NIPT reopened at 11p after suspension. thanks

i think they've had little but enough time to do due diligence and sign heads of terms since last update on investing policy so an update on that would be nice before we hibernate for the next few months.

If there was no deal on the table I don't think they would wait until last moment to release RNS about suspension. On the other hand, if they have something positive to say, the sooner they release it the more time it will give the SP to rise before suspension, and future placing. expecting news by lunch time...

Of course I don't. But I also think that nobody in his position adds to their 22% stake in a company which is destined to fail. Look, I believe they will acquire a business through reverse takeover by March. I've done my research and based on it I've put some cash into VMP. I respect people who have been behind this stock since last March and I'm confident they can deliver. The only question I have is whether the new business is going to be a nice start up with a good product ready to go into marked in the next year or two.

Well, AR can lose his reputation and he's not someone who doesn't deliver. Look at what did with other businesses. DB has invested here but he didn't fo it from his room. He has spoken to those involved and knows what's coming.

The deal they had lined up when VMP changed status to investing company obviously didn't work out. I said it once on this board that I think that was the reason why one of the directors had to go. Then Helium brought Adam Reynolds and I believe he has experience and contacts to pull this one through. Helium recently reduced their stake in a couple of other stocks, probably due to bear market we are in right now, but not here. In sept DB increased his holdings.

If you had 12 months to close a deal wouldn't you use all that time to find the best possible opportunity? I would.

time happened. apart from few board changes not much has been done since march. personally I think they had a reverse takeover deal lined up but it didn't work out and I have a feeling that's why they got rid of David Mends. hopefully with Adam Reynolds as NED things will start moving a bit quicker.

It should start really happening when they change the name.
