These penny stocks are notorious for rewarding insiders and overpaid staff, and then riding off into the sunset. Meanwhile if you simply bought in 2015 a broad based Nazdaq etf you would have enjoyed over a 5x return. Endless promises, and I mean endless, has returned big losses or if you were lucky a break even scenario. POQ would have secured himself a sweetheart deal walking out the door, that's a given!

If you have time, just review all the agm's and investor Q&A's, they basically were all misleading to keep stock holders somewhat quiet. POQ has always looked out for himself and that continues to this very day. Just count your lucky stars he didn't bail at 5P.

Newtofo March 25th. This is very worrisome news out of Tamboran today -- as Falcon will now have a tiny 5% interest in the next 138 wells to be drilled around the 51,000 acres surrounding the SSH2 Pilot Program well pad. Those next 138 wells could take five years to get completed and during that 5 years Falcon will get next to nothing in revenue for five long years.

What the heck is going on that POQ is basically giving up on the Beetaloo for that many years -- as I for one can't remotely think about hanging on for another five years to see any chance of revenue or a buyer. It is very doubtful that POQ will ever find a buyer in the next 18 to 24 months -- as any buyer won't get anything more than 5% of the gas until those 138 new wells have all been drilled -- sheesh.

Newtofo march 28th, The brilliance of this decision (IMHO) to reduce Falcon's actual risk on these next two 3 km horizontals -- is keeping Falcon's dilution to a minimum while Sheffield and Riddle take on 95% of the risk on what is an untested new well pad 4 km away. There is still a fair degree of risk on what are going to be the most expensive wells drilled to date in the Beetaloo -- especially if Riddle is going to drill blind without doing the 3D seismic program first -- so letting BS and Riddle pay up 95% of the expenses seems to make great sense.

Wow, what a surprise! Is POQ taking a 75% haircut on his already bloated salary, that's a big fat NO! People should realize these penny stocks mainly serve the management and they will do anything to preserve their paychecks. This stock will be punished accordingly come Monday. It is a bit shocking they didn't do a capital raise before this move, as what they have done will essentially do the same thing to the stock. POQ is saying, how do you like me now. I sold at .20 cdn, the otcbb is tough to trade because of market makers. I was a long term holder at first but realized this wasn't a long term hold after 4 years of pain. It was solidified when POQ diluted the stock for .14P when it was trading at .17P and pulled the rug out from everyone. He is quite content in pulling in his $600,000 a year, quite content!

Eagle, this steady garbage has been going on for years, if not decades. When things don't go the way certain posters push, they come up with a different scenario. This will NOT change, it borders on perverse. I said this was a trade 7 years ago and nothing has changed apart from a change of pumpers. LK, you had your chance once again at $.21-.22, Ive been in and out 6 times and made nothing but money and my stance hasn't changed and won't. I like to comment occasionally to counter posters like Newtofo, who's verbal diarrhea is truly epic. I have a full set of old encyclopedias with less verbiage in them than this guy spews. That being said, I wouldn't read too much into this meeting on Monday, it has a higher chance of being damage control than not, just from what history has shown. Posters can post disagreements and call people names, it just confirms the level of anxiety and fear they possess with this stock.

Here is the reality, 80,000,000 shares traded at between $.18 and $.22 three years ago within one week, meaning huge resistance around $.20. Nothing but an outstanding result will stop this stock from dropping back to $.12. History is on $.12 side, time after time. Love the muppets!
