How many years has Tesco declared strong results only for the share price to plunge 15-20p? I'd be wary of preliminary reports until all the bovine dung has been washed away and the results properly inspected. Here's hoping anyway

Hopefully may get past and stay past the 2.30 barrier, but until brexits sorted more fluctuations no doubt. Sank about 4p yesterday.
With regards to the highstreets, I think up and down the country they are dying fast and only populated by the elderly. Give it 10-15 years and who knows what will be left. Used to go in and try clothes on but can save petrol by it all being delivered next day or even same day.
Just bookies and charity shops nowadays, not particularly enticing. More a reflection on today's society.
Back on Tesco share track if it gets back to 2.50 which it should be which I believe is a fair price for it, I'll bail and leave retail well alone. April 10th may provide a boost.
Looks like a no go from the cma, could this provide another spike in the crazy world of Tesco share price?
Nice bump today, could good Xmas results be on the horizon? Normally great results mean a dip in share price for this lumbering oaf of a share. Still think it's on a sticky wicket and no doubt will continue to fluctuate until the B word is sorted out.
With the absolute Omnishambles that is Brexit I can see this share sink and sink until the politicians unify and sort this utter clusterf&8* out. Which they most likely won't do as they're all self absorbed dimwits. United we stand and all that...£2.66 is a million miles away, like a Brexit deal. The march towards £1.48 will continue til, er, March and then everyone can stand back, light a pipe and admire their handiwork.
Merry Christmas!
Getting horrifically burnt on this now and completely agree went to my local Tesco and it was car park fighting time brimful of people from when i arrived to when I left. Mystifying. No deal Brexit and spin the sharewheel because where the share will land no one knows. Bonkers.
Best hope for a good Christmas then. Because come March this could be any price and add in Amazon and Sainsburys Asda merger for more turbulence next year. Why this isn't £2.50 is boggling.
Easily. No deal Brexit, good Christmas results normally send the share price tumbling, I could see less than £1.48 in the right trade winds. Oddest stock going.
Look at Morrisons a rock steady 2.50 nearly all year, Sainsburys best part and more of 3.10 and then there's Tesco...feels like this stock could go down in a slight breeze. I keep digging for info and can't find any...is it that the city thinks its a naff stock? Must be something in it. Ho hum.
Newbie here. I jumped in at first dip at £2.20, prices out now seem to be a right bargain, but I've been burnt and have limited funds if i did have available monies I'd be in. Can't see lower than £1.97 at best and still think this is worth at least £2.50 but with, I assume, brexit based volatility every stock in UK seems a bit dodgy. Unless this has nothing to do with brexit and is all about the squeezed grocery market, who knows because its more than evident I dont!
