There's no denying we have a great asset and I hope all LTH get the prize. Personally I think we only have a months worth of cashflow left hence why I think its going to be close. I'm not sure the prize would cover my average of 11p to 13p but anything above 9p and I will be very very happy.

If we end up RTO who knows, like I said based on past experience the SP can be volatile.

not sure if you're trying to ruffle feathers but your statement below is utter nonsense:

I initially invested a few years ago in believing in the asset and it's location. I'm sure many others did too.

I also think either of below scenarios will materialize in the next 4 weeks hence me harping on about an exciting September.

If we don't get a JV then I'm not opposed to an Aim rule 15 shell. If we did RTO it's unlikely the new company would take any interest in the asset in the ground and may not even be associated to mining. I've found from past experience the SP before Aim Rule 15 can become volatile (both drastically up and down). However its better than the stagnant 3p to 4p we've now been at for a long time.

It would be a shame for the asset to be mothballed and forgotten about but hey a new chapter under a new company could be exciting times.

Scheds. Regarding POG where I am invested. It’s not that they couldn’t service their debt. They have cash and lots of gold. It was that sanctions stopped their ability to pay their debt. Very different to what you were suggesting.

Same here Highside if we can get 7 to 8p I would be still losing but happy to walk away with that.

We keep proving up and proving up after every RNS and it doesn’t make a difference. We had Adam and he couldn’t commercialise us. We need to keep Myles for the technical but we need a Colin Bird or someone of that ilk to sell this asset. We need it very soon. In fact we need it by mid September at the latest. Come on Colin rescue us before it’s too late!

Going back to my post on the 13th July when Myles replied to my email saying:

"We are waiting on one thing and then will have a full announcement once all works are complete to give investors the full picture"

I think the RNS was the one more thing and the next announcement will be the JV or asset bought.

After administration fees and expenses there will be nothing left for shareholders unfortunately. I've seen this so many times and this is the 2nd aim stock of mine that this has happened to. The 1st was INTU and this will be the same outcome.

Bricks totally agree where is the money coming from and how long can we last. It was a good RNS but we know these type of updates do nothing for the SP.
