Thanks Haggis basically Valkor fund the remaining 90% so Greenfield project 100% owned. They become the major stakeholder but TOM is still a stakeholder (yes a small one).

If that's the case I would still be happy. If production proves successful then both Valkor and TOM could have a great exit strategy for a big Oil company takeover.

Have I missed something if Valkor fund this do we still not have 10% of the Greenfield project?

Have all the LTH sold and moved on? Have I missed the jump off the runaway train ? I'm holding out for RTO and buying more sub 2p.

Cjen we have more of a chance if EUZ RTOs. The alternative is a share at 1p in 2023 and onwards. We sell and investors get nothing the money for selling is for salaries and no shareholder return. The last 10 years shows that. If they become a cash shell we have a chance

Does anyone think we will get funding. The final statement that keeps cropping up in the RNSs is there's no guarantee which I read as unlikely.

Interesting that Denarius did a 10 to 1 share consolidation 2 days prior to the JV announcement too. No doubt preparing for fund raising. This is a fragile company basically taking 80% of a dead company hence my confidence in both failing and Aim Rule 15 occurring next year for EUZ.

As soon as this hits 1.5p in January I’ll be topping up with £2k in my ISA as that’s the remaining of my £20k allowance. Luckily the £18k spent this year hasn’t been on EUZ. I’ll be also topping up with £7k in SIPP at 1.5p too.

I think when it hits 1.5p we will see the Aim Rule 15 RNS and then hold on tight for 6 months RTO.

I have too much invested and too far down to sell and have not bought any more of EUZ for a long time now. However when this is in the 1p's in January I will be back buying.

I will be buying on the back of both Denarius and EUZ going under and in particular EUZ going Aim Rule 15 and RTO so a good private company (hopefully not mining) can go public with all the tax benefits of our losses over the years.

This would be the best outcome for all LTH.

Bricks and Highside, thats the point I was trying to articulate. The business model will never make any money for EUZ investors. The only benefits is the companies that buy these projects off us.

We are just another Sirius Minerals but on a smaller scale (Denarius been Anglo American in this example). The original investors get shafted and the new owners reap the rewards.

Clearly states they are leading the development so I guess EUZ will be digging holes elsewhere. I bet early next year we will be will offering the last 20% for peanuts. I invested in Toral and its obvious I'm not going to see a return on what I invested in but Denarius shareholders will.

We are now invested in a company that's looking for new projects.

I must admit I think it would have been better without the JV and EUZ forced into Aim rule 15 as a shell company. I think an RTO into a non mining company would have resulted in a better return for investors.

So after taking us from above £3 to 4p Mr Denney is allowed to keep 1,055,182 unapproved options granted to him in November 2022.

Not sure why I've only looked into this now and not when the JV started but on 10th January 2022 their SP was 6.8p now today its 0.61p!!!!

We are potentially giving 80% of Toral to a company that's declining at an alarming rate of knots. Why did MC agree to this.

The simple reality is that nothing is going to shift the SP for the next 18 to 24 months until PFS and how much will that increase the SP. 6 to 7p?

Agree scheds. We're looking like going into the 2p's again.
