the saudis did not take 25% at 10p to lose money.. they clearly know the value here and so does the directors and the dailymail.

was tradeing 25p before covid, was in the process of a 25p buy out offer from the saudis which is on pause due to covid. fully funded throughout 2020 raised 9.5mil at 10p placing which was over subscribed by directors and the saudis took 25% of the companys issued shares. only reason this is so cheap is because the seller but they are now gone and the directors have been buying bucket loads at this level

most stock is kept in very tight hands and the directors keep buying more at current levels!!

follow the money guys, buy cheap and wait as lockdown is eased this will be back at 12-15p in no time. even if events get the go ahead behind closed doors ARE will benefit hugely. Fully funded, last placing was over subscribed by big insitutes.
