That was my own feeling onwards&up - its possibly a triumph of hope & stupidity over experience on my part. I have been here since MOS days, although reduced my holding considerably. I thought there may be a chance of a reasonable uplift in the run-up to the WC & so held on to the remaining "stump".

The actual substance behind the fluff & noise of the recent flurry of RNS-R announcements seems very thin & the RNS's with any substance give me an uneasy feeling. Be a while before any financial figures are released, so..ho-hum. Back to hibernation.

That would seem to be a fair observation on the target audience weedave, apart from the Quiniela RNS itself stating that the $100,000 MXN minimum prize fund was to:

"...drive rapid user acquisition and mass market volume ahead of the tournament..."

It specifically states that the company was aiming for mass market volume & has at least in my book, failed to achieve anything resembling that. I found the available numbers useful though.

I would imagine so, but using a VPN allows me to see the other betting/gambling apps available in Mexico, you can also change your preferred country for the google app store, which also allows me to see them - (for ex. Betcris/Betmaster.mx/Chillbet.mx and so on.)Some of them are viewable/downloadable even without changing my location. Just not any for the company I am actually invested in.

I would imagine that jurisdictional restrictions would apply if i actually tried to play - but to do that you need to be able to find the thing. Which so far i have completely failed to do.

Since i cant find how the world cup ticketing is being used, or when mobilegaming.com will be back up..I tried to find the recently launched estadio gana native android app, apparently availble on the google play store..I am really having a bad week I think, I cant find that either.. can anybody do me a solid & post a link?

There seemed to be a bit of a buzz when it was announced..but i just can't find any evidence anywhere how the company is actually using this partnership, though I am maybe looking in all the wrong places.

I do understand City that your initial response wasn't directly aimed at me, but it did infer that you were aware of potential reasons/opinions why the NewCo might be registered as a wholy owned possession of the CEO rather than of MoS itself - like I say, I am not particularly familiar with exactly how the process of a RTO goes, but the above arrangement struck me as odd. This is more what i was looking for opinion on. (from anybody, not singling you out City)

I am not new to the company or its past history, but the above got my interest. In any case, with the company in suspenders still I am sure it will become clear in the fullness of time.

I'm aware of the RTO & obviously the name of the new company suggests it will be a new home for... something

Not being clued up in the ways of a RTO in general terms, why would the company be established as a wholly owned entity of the CEO, rather than a subsidiary of MOS?

Yes , I was wondering the exact same thing, there certainly appears to be publicly available indications that this has not come out of the blue, so was the support & backing of Mercia at least sought prior to this recent announcement?

I would certainly have thought that it would be normal practice to speak to your largest shareholder especially given they control around 26% of the company. I can only guess if this was the case, or what they think of the matter.

But then I would also consider it normal practice to inform your shareholders that a sales process or a strategic review has begun. After all, the ink on the half-year report was barely dry when this fabulous deal arrived. (and work on this had absolutely begun before the half year report was published)
