At some point Axis clients if that is why they subscribed will finish either because they’re finished buying or times up as you state they’ve run out of controlling shares.

Gudge, I’m also been assuming Axis have controlled both sides of the book so buying when appropriate too to mop up major sells, trading but to suppress and keep the share price in the required range.

Previously on the expectation of the GL (the best in over 10 years other than the maybe the expectation following the first PC deal) the sp would have risen 30,40,50+ pence.

It hasn’t which adds to the ‘control’ conclusion.

The fundraise has been used entirely to benefit the clients is Axis capital and of course axis itself.

The 30 million shares have been used to firstly control the share by stopping the rise above 10p. It’s a significant milestone from the penny area. They have to throw stock into the market of course to do this sell to the punters like you and I. I’m glad because over the past few months as I’ve rearranged investments and cash it’s allowed me to get a lot more for my money. So in fact I’ve also joined in with the Axis plan.

Axis will have recouped all their investment at higher prices leaving a lot of stock to further manipulate, but now for their clients. I think we’ve a lot of new inventors, silent ones so far as there have been no thresholds reached (or they are above but haven’t finished buying). Let’s see if TR1’s back up my theory in due course.

The excess ‘free shares’ aren’t now necessarily being used to make Axis money but now are directly being used to control the price for Axis clients. I’ve seen this before when prices are inexplicably irrational to news or expectations.

So the bottom line is until they are finished (controlling shares spent) or the news blows the Axis control we’re just passengers.
