So to clear things up on Yooya; ‘Yooya manages and tracks online video content on 45 online video distribution platforms, including Alibaba’s Youku, Baidu’s iQuiyi and Tencent Video’
So no-one actually goes into a website called Yooya to view video content, but Yooya will manage a lot of video content on Youku, iQuiyi and Tencent Video.
I’m sure had those same students been asked if they have heard of Youku, iQuiyi or Tencent, then I’m sure they would say that they are aware of all 3. They are big platforms in China, Tencent had over $9 billion in revenue in last year’s finances.
Leap Gaming so awful that IMG took a slice!
Investments valued as worthless? Good one!!
Chilston, are you @adrenaltherapy on Twitter?
Sphereon are definitely not a competitor to Factom. Read the Factom Discord if you need any further proof of this. ANOs (Authorised Node Operators) of which Factom currently have 27, support the protocol by building apps and software that use the Factom protocol that increase usage of the protocol and give legitimacy to the project.
They are not going after the same slice of cake, they are making lots of individual cakes! Factom Inc are going after the big enterprise businesses, the ANOs are going after the medium to smaller businesses at this time, but all add to the increased success of the protocol.
Nuformix website has removed all old news articles and has only one article now about the possible aquisition.... interesting.... :)
Thanks Nickvast, Did you find anything on the other companies? I'm maybe looking in the wrong places..... Looking through more of the background in this, it is quite an interesting and exciting read. I've never heard of cocrystallisation before, but it sounds impressive...! Nuformix are the world leader in this field and have 3 patents already, I feel this could be something big.... First time I ever did my research on a share AFTER taking the plunge (well a punt to be more accurate) but glad I didn't hang around now....! :)
Ok, hoping someone might be able to offer some insight here, as I don't know much at all about how companies operate on an investment level, but having looked at the "Investors" page on the Levrett website, the top three shareholders are as follows: -W.B Nominees Limited (owned by the Walker's Crisps Group) but W.B Nominees are listed as an "Active (Dormant)" Company. -Rampart Management Limited status on companies house is "Dissolved". -Ambeson Limited is shown as "Dissolved" from what I can find on a google search.... Now this is not intended to scare anybody who is now locked in (myself included), I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable can make some meaning of this. It might be completely standard practice, but just seemed strange to me when I looked into who are the big shareholders in this.... Again, this is not intended as a de-ramp, because lets face it that would mean nothing at this stage in time, it's just to stop me getting carried away with what to expect when the suspension is lifted, if there is something fishy going on here... All comments and views greatly appreciated...... Thanks! :)
So Pascal Hughes and Tony Reeves hold circa 3.5m shares each. I can't help thinking what sort of return these guys will be looking for from such a deal? I would think they would be looking for a very minimum of 50p a share to make it worthwhile in their eyes, although I am hoping for much higher than that, and don't want to get too carried away with potential prices, but either way it is all very exciting! :)
And there it is.. :) :)
I have to admit that it was a tweet last night that brought my attention to this stock..... I had a look at the BOD and suggest anyone looking at this to reading the interview from July under the Director's tab on the Levrett website (I imagine if I posted a link it would get removed), gives a good insight into what they are looking for and their basic remit. Pascal Hughes says that their timescale to make an aquisition was within 18 months from December last year, so anything could happen before then, but it also means that they have a specific timescale in mind and not just open ended, which I like. I don't think there will be any direct correlation between this and the other share we are all probably in (rhymes with LoudHag, don't want my posts removed from this BB for mentioning another share), but I like that Tony Reeves is a board member with this one. I am holding a small amount in this as a wildcard, but never write off the wildcard, they can be the biggest surprise..... :)
