Hummingbird have insurance against gold price falling. This is sensible as it only reduces profit a little and keeps company safe. Hummingbird are and will remain profitable.

Watching Bloomberg this morning and talking about a 25 % probability recession 2019/20.
It will come at some time , it always does.
Precious metals have dipped yesterday but are nowhere near the lows of 12 months ago.
Mines are so much more profitable now at these levels and Hummingbird pays for insurance against any large dips in gold price. Good news is not far away.

Both metals have massive rises over the last twelve months. The drop yesterday will not stop mines increasing their profits this year. Great buying opportunity imho.

Shows clearly how Hummingbird is now flying. 7p is about the average previously paid by the big investors and the money spent a win win for both companies.

Silver rising again last night$19.57, gold $1557, has to be one of the most undervalued shares.imho.
