I believe Endeavour are mostly interested in West African companies that have 10 years + LOM.
When we do announce longer reserves and that would happen should taking Cora, we will be a prime target.
In Vox podcast Dan said that they had paid down creditors and that went back to Q1 problem, this is where the cash difference is.
Problem solved now, so well undervalued.imho.
Next RNS before end of this month should explain where we are heading debt free this year.

Well, Dan Betts said that if the SP did not improve then share buyback was a good option when we make profits, this was when SP was 39p.
He has done a good job on production, let’s see what he does now for shareholders.
If we get taken over cheap because of not protecting the SP, he will be responsible and no Pi will go near any future venture. Still time to become superman and make Hummingbird SP fly.

Maybe paying a dividend is best way to up SP.
It is why we pay Dan to sort it out.

Certainly some distressed investors want the SP to rise.
Q4 is going to finish the year well and profitable.
Investors have also played a part.

The AISC were erratic because of extreme weather. The problems seem to have been sorted.
The Costs have been falling throughout the year and dramatically since the second mill was installed. Full year recovery hitting targets should generate good profits. Gold rise is a bonus.
Why anybody would sell is hard to understand.

He will be meeting Aberdeen no doubt and your emails to him will get a reply.

IIs are attracted with a dividend, some PIs want buybacks, nobody wants a cheap takeover.
Dan Betts has to get the SP up. If he thought it was cheap at 39p before gold pour then he should be organising the £1 party. He has delivered the mine , he has delivered a better life for the local community, in two weeks time, he has the means to reward loyal shareholders.

You can’t be sure but week commencing 20th is favourite.
We will get Q4 results and worth the wait.

RNS is generally 3rd week in month after Q end.

Current gold price is generating lots of cash for Hummingbird.
Whilst sp is so low, would be a good time to increase Cora holding.
Would need to be a very special use of funds to beat buying Cora shares cheap.
Dangerous for both companies to have too low sp.

My guess is Aberdeen will be kicking themselves later this month when Q4 reported.
Personally, I would be very dissapointed with anything less than 50p before next Q1 reported.
We should by then have an increased LOM , less debt, active drilling program and maybe even higher gold prices.
Sooner we get SP up before a cheap takeover the better. Lots of money available for Dan Betts to avoid this happening.

Hummingbird is clearly making money, should rise or no point AIMs investment.

Lot more cash being generated from when the SP was 39p.
First full year results in two weeks. We will then know costs but safe to say second mill will drop them.
These results should be what raise SP, sadly world tensions are playing a part.
