I am not sure that Nostradamus got everything right but I am wondering if the planets have somehow aligned on Friday 31st January 2020.
The Brexit madness, Corona virus arrives and now no RNS from Hummingbird.

Having spent my working life in sales, you dream about presenting good news.
Problems solved, gold flying, production increased with second mill, unit costs reduced.
Why are we not shouting it from the hills?
Why make promises regarding LOM for this month and not deliver?
Both do the same thing of keeping the SP ridiculously low.
Wonder what is brewing for IIs?

Tiger, it is good to see you more positive on Hummingbird ,there is no good reason for the low SP.
AIM’s does seem dodgy and there always seems to be a seller to keep the price down.
If I wanted to keep the SP down , I would promise another update before month end and then not deliver it. As soon as the powers that be switch on the green light, Hummingbird will at last fly.

Wished I was buying in at these prices.

Gold $1570.
Promised RNS this month means within 2 days, rerate overdue in gold’s safe haven.

I would have the AISC less than $900 now the second mill is up and running.
115 k would also seem low if we continue with our performance over the last six months.
It would appear that they are getting most things right and as for past mistakes it is well built into the current SP.
A P/E of less than 2 and no debt within a year, to me says far more upside than down.
Anybody out of Hummingbird with gold @$1580 and rising ,is entitled to keep their money in a building society.

P/E less than 2 gold $1572.

To build an empire is more important to Dan, I am happy with a rolling 5 year plan.

Increasing LOM beyond 5 years, would indeed increase the chances of being taken over.
The gold is there to do it.

If it is Aberdeen then they can only sell them once.
Same fundamentals due a rerate.

Is it the RNS coming?
Is it being tipped as a10 bagger?
Or is it because price of gold and record production?
Or maybe because it is about half price pre gold pour?

Gold up to $1560 today, good RNS yesterday and today we lose the gains we made yesterday.

I am dissapointed that the SP has not risen this morning but I am still impressed with the company.
For a new company expanding fast, it is a big ask to be profitable day 1.
Entertaining kids is not going out of fashion and for a new company to be talking to world leading brands is impressive. They don’t come bigger than Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol and a Christmas Snowman.
I have shares in Versarien, they have had government help from Department Industry to get into China, no orders yet .
People have to be paid. If all you pay is peanuts all you get is monkeys.
Hindsight is a wonderful tool and I wished I was buying today.

Looking like Cora will process their own gold reserves profitably.
Second mine could benefit Hummingbird as RNS later this month will have their own reserves to lengthen LOM. Win Win imho dyor.

To me the problems caused by freak weather have been overcome . We can understand that they were very serious and have been professionally managed. The mine was built on time and the second mill installed.
The only one that bothers me is the SP, with all the positives on production and gold prices rising,
imho the SP is very undervalued.
It seems when the good news comes, some institution or other starts to sell for whatever reason.
Would paying a dividend attract more investors? Would it discourage selling? Would a one off
payment work? Is it time to buyback shares?
Obviously we want to see a large increase in the LOM even if it makes us more attractive to other nameless gold miners. Future plans are important but most of all, I would like to see evidence that the SP is going up and support given to ensure it happens.

We often criticised Dan for not communicating, this RNS was sooner than expected and primarily confirmed Q4 production. This was good news as soon as possible and the next RNS will tell us more before end of January.
