I spoke again just now to HL, they say its not uncommon with mergers for new shares to be delayed by a day or 2 , still waiting on HBR to send them

I dont know the answer Gusher, HLs app says they are waiting for key information document,? whatever this is.....HL lady seemed sincere on phone, she said all we can do is chase up Harbour for the new line of shares.

I dont know the answer to that one Gusher, do you think HL are telling porkies? They say on my APP that the 'Key investor information document has not been made available to them'

LAyLAdyLAy - Ive spoken already to HL, they say they can't do anything until Harbour sends them the new line of shares, so this is Harbour holding onto £300m that was in the contract to be released to the market as 5% of the MCAP on day of completion, this hasn't happened, its a clear breach of contract and trust.

Ive just spoken to the FCA about Harbour Energy holding on to the PMO shareholder money, definitely fraudulent but said they haven't the authority to deal with Harbour, she recommended financial ombudsman service and ofgen for recourse, so its likely i will be filing a case for compensation as the illegal hold of my monies for upto 10 days as somebody here said is going to cost me as a day trader

This is fraudulent activity, essentially pulling £300m out of the market for their own use, if i miss my exit on this trade because of this. I will sue them for compensation via the FCA

According to tradingview.com Harbour energy was 900p per share in 2007, but it only existed from today, interestingly today its gapped down from 427p to 21p presumably reflecting the 5% holding of existing pmo holders, so true valuation of entiere comapny is 427p.....anyway what this has done is made the chart practically unreadbale, along with my shares being STILL suspended and price dropping 10% its not been the smoothest of rides and just goes to show that the average PI is always the one to get shafted.

Well we arent the only ones, MCAP was around £300m yesterday in PMO, so if your shares are worthless then this would be the biggest heist of the 21st century, think we will be ok

I spoke to my broker at HL, this exactly what they told me, maybe your broker not as helpful?

Just spoke to helpful lady at HL who said, new line of share not come in from Harbour which is why pmo shares frozen, says Harbour announced they would be transferred on or around 31st March which is a bit too vague for my liking, this is my money we are talking about !, left a voice message with investor relations chief at Harbour to call me

HL says key investor information document for this stock has not been made available to them, so essentially assets are frozen, can anyone advise on this?

We aren't pmo shareholders, we are HBR shareholders, a brand new company and largest independent oil producer in UK, with a £4bn tax allowance

New ticker tomorrow HBR means we start with a brand new chart my friends, the pmo road to hell chart patterns can be consigned to the dustbin at 4.30pm.....good riddance
