I'm also assuming the production is running 24/7 so the only way to increase it is to find the bottle necks & add better/ higher producing machines which they have been doing hence some of the downtime and lost production in the last quarter.

It would be nice to think that there was some spare capacity .. extra shifts sat /sun working to get back on track but i do not believe there will be.Most large manufacturing /mining producers run at full capacity nowadays.
