There's no secret that DC has been in China twice in a month and is going back again next week. He's not there on holiday.

- New NED just appointed is currently an MD at Microsoft
There's a lot to like about this company and I've probably forgotten to include a lot of the big things that are coming. LVCG is going places.
Guzzler, we are in Twycross zoo, so Marwell is the second, therefore these models are already turning a profit, which will not be insubstantial seeing as the cost of an entire set of animals is over £200k. every zoo from now is pure profit (minus the transport overheads). Margins for these animals are going to be very high...
Northland are going to be struck off the list, therefore all of the companies they act for are having to find a new Nomad. However, I suspect that ANR will find it more difficult than others to find a new Nomad to act for them. Not saying they can't find one, but they won't be the most attractive proposition. Time will tell.
I wonder if this is the ‘transformational news’ that Hogan/Investorworld has been waiting for?
Rumour has it, the company have been outfoxed by a name stealing postman https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/im-not-millionaire-says-postman-2170531.amp?__twitter_impression=true https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11602936/officers You could not make this up
They don't even know what to call themselves. I can think of a few names.
Pmmbns1 - your post this morning said you had bailed out at a loss and now you're saying you're still invested. So did you bail and buy back? Or did you not bail as per your earlier post? I doubt it was anything to do with you that elicited any sort of response from DC, he is certainly not shy of getting details into the public domain. Either way, if you do indeed still have your cash in LVCG, i think you're in good hands, DC said he'll be updating us next week, so i'm looking forward to hearing what deals he's lined up for us this time!
would love to know where investorworld is with his lambo now. Probably driving round Wales spitting on all his mates for a laugh.
Footwear margins are tiny in the world of retail, when you mix in the top brands, they are even smaller. You'll be looking at gross margin of 40% for a pair of top brand trainers. With the massive overheads, the net margins are very low.
#LVCG is as good as it gets on AIM IMHO, revenue producing, profit making, multi-revenue streams and consistent news flow. It's had a good rise the last few weeks from the 30's, but nothing goes up in a straight line, a little bit of consolidation is both healthy and necessary. If the USA is signed up anytime soon, we'll wave goodbye to 60's and 70's and they won't be back.
HAHA, it's great to see when somebody says the Chinese are coming on an AIM share, it's actually true this time. The Chinese really are coming and with 20 cities to visit, that is a potential audience of well over 100m people. That's a lot of Chinese coming.....
I've taken the opportunity to top up a couple of times today while things are quiet. Nice consolidation in the 60's to strengthen ready for the next leg up, which will take us way beyond ATH's IMO.....
Still remarkably under the radar. with just 12% in freefloat of a top quality business, LVCG has the ability to move very fast without news. when the newsflow continues, i think we will see exactly how good this business really is....
I think 50% in a day would do it a disservice when you look at other rises on pure speculation. This is revenue producing and according to DC, profitable this year and he's barely begun. He told a group of PI's that he would only look at offers above 400p, so who knows where it can get to. I'll tell you one thing, i wouldn't want to be out o........ oh sorry i just can't bring myself to say it, glad i'm in though. It's now my biggest holding and a much higher % then i promised myself i would ever get into again. I'm feeling pretty confident.
with an initial target of £1 and the speed that this share moves on a quiet day, LVCG could have an explosive week to come next week. Plenty of news due and David does like to regularly update. Quality company and well run. people will be paying above £1 soon....

Death and life are simply conceptual, since time was an invention of mankind, we cannot count death as the final denouement. The passing of time is what? a ticking clock is simply a very quiet echo in the space that makes up our infinite galaxy. Thus, to talk of one mans potential untimely demise as an effect upon a share price is merely a scratch on the passage time and space, much like the beat of a butterfly's wings has an effect on the gold price. David will be just fine, don't you worry.
LVCG is one of those companies that rarely comes along on AIM which is revenue producing and profit making and with a big and bright future, think ASOS, Boohoo or Fevertree. It's got a great product in a niche market with high profitability and signing agreements which will ensure this company is producing revenues for years to come. This is still in the bargain basement but not for long. The CEO has said he would only listen to take over bids at £4 or above.....
Absolutely right, that's the one and only time that they have to release their 2017 results, the contracts on the other hand, have to be announced every single time they sign them.....
