Just for others I took screen print of my holdings. I could have also attached contact notes that I have downloaded. As grant says it's the total cost to you that you need to show.

imo this is not going to happen or no offer from tewoo or anybody. They have been at it for months now and still no offer. The only action to get anything back is the legal route by the AMI actiongroup.

This sounds great but how are the other shareholders going to find out whats going on? Phone? e-mail? conference call? Post? Meeting?

Has anybody got an update on legal progress. I have sent my details to grant but have not heard anything. Are we planning another conference call? I understand grant is busy. Just a bit concern about progress as we seem to be arguing about cost now. I think this could be discussed in a call.

My concern is that the bod are doing this and these could be has dishonest as them.

The bod need to get an injunction to stop sisg using the mine as we own it. That's got to be the first step

But the bod have a duty to protect our rights on ownership for example how can sisg operate the mine if we own it and say no. Its like someone using my car which i own and I don't want them to.

We also as shareholders need to make sure the bod are protecting our rights. We need to find out what this actually means
