My post asking why three posters continually knock this share, while not invested has been removed. When I asked why, I was told it was disruptive and could cause arguments. Never mind new investors getting scared off, and what about this being a chat board for debate .read now as will be gone in the morning. The worlds gone nuts

Madmick. Why would you want to scare people out of their money? It is sick. You say you are new to shares, then paragraph three you say I am a long term investor. You can’t be both. You joined on 11 Feb 21 saying you knew nothing, now you say you are invested in thirty companies, but you have only ever commented on this one, what about the other 29? You would not be able to help yourself

I don’t think they realise either that bad management gets them the sack. Would it not be better for every employee to make a profit,is that not their job also?

Contrarin123- love it-The rest of us thrive in an open and free market-share price seven year’s ago £3.98 today with a 40% uplift this year is 52.68. If engineers are still putting profits in, it can only be the decision makers to blame

Jedclampit, no you probably have not got it wrong, I know up to me leaving we got trained up to part P electrics.But electricians will run the supply, but would be lost on fault finding and component change. So current Gas engineers (all not just Centrica)would very easily adapt to new electric boilers, it’s only the heat source that is changing

Jedclampit have you looked at a wiring diagram for modern boilers?,95% of the boiler has nothing to do with gas, most electricians would not know where to start.I started 1969 and left 9years ago, constant training updates to keep up with major technology changes.

Unfortunately the company has been so divided over the years you have no power,remember a couple of long strikes in the seventies with a strong Union behind us,but as with most jobs today they can dictate knowing that not a lot can be done to fight them.best of luck to everyone still working there
