10 days from confirmation which (as per RNS) was Saturday 30th of February, 10th day including that Saturday (as per government advise) would mean that finished last night so engineers could be back at work today.
Might we get an RNS tomorrow? Machine commisioned?
.
Should therefore be back in work today doing final commission?

Worrying with so many variants, will the likes of Astrazeneca and Pfizer be able to alter the vaccine as fast as it mutates. www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/manchester-testing-kent-variant-b919044.html%3famp
impossible...
Take note, you cannot buy in cheaper than you previously sold for, anyone selling now will not be able to back in for less.
They have dropped the sell price to scoop up any stop losses but try buying sub 2.4p - impossible at the moment.
MM's buying up any cheap shares to sell on at a profit this week and next.
Market Manipulation... https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/blog/public-articles-1/post/auctions-uncrossing-trades-and-evidence-of-manipulation-291
RNS on the 22nd of January:
"Commissioning of the machine at BioCity, Nottingham, commenced this week but is taking longer than anticipated, as parts have been delayed in transport from Spain, and will extend into early next week"
"The delay in commissioning, caused by customs and transport difficulties in Europe, has been very frustrating but it now should be just a matter of a few days to complete the work."
Based on the above info we should have had an RNS early last week advising that the machine had at least been commisioned, not sure just how close we wereto completion if the engineers were tested at the very end of the week on Friday.
The only snippet of hope I take from the last RNS on the 22nd of Janury (other than the certification) is the this line "
Antony Legge, Chairman, said: "Achieving the EN14683 standard is a great step forward as this was a >>key factor for potential customers and the sales effort can now begin in earnest<< So.. even with the production delay, the sales team should at least be in full swing.. Might we see an update on orders before the 12th of February?
YEs please ..
100,000 REMOTE MONITORED SYSTEMS PLC ORD GBP0.0001 (RMS)
Status:Executed
Placed at:08:09:18 01/02/21
Price:£0.0213
First I couldnt buy, now my buys are showing as sells... Couldnt make this up... Happy to play the game and ill buy on this drop, not worth fighting it as it reduces my average.
Exactly what I was going to type, can sell the lot 1.6 million but cant buy anything... DONT SELL.
Regardless of folks saying “I ain’t selling”. The MMS won’t miss this chance to drop the share price and catch out any stop loss. I’m concerned that tests were done Friday but we should have commissioned the machine by then and due to have been in production as well with figures for January!
I wonder if TB will buy back in on the drop as now he will likely gain a 30% increase on what he sold.
Lemur should send two other engineers.
See now the 10 day will take is up to the GM with no further RNS’s. The 12th can’t come fast enough IMO.
Burningchrome its a valid point, but clearly no discussion have been had even with the likes of Gareth Cave holding nearly 19% so what were they thinking doing a placing at 1.25 and the warrants at 2p well below the share price at the time? The board even have the cheek to offer the finacial wizard who probaly drummed up the placing/warrants a financial incentive not to take cash but to take shares in the company.
Options should have had minimum holding time, placing and warrants should have been at a higher rate and open to share holder approval.
Bid now 2.3 and ask 2.5 just bought 310,898 REMOTE MONITORED SYSTEMS PLC ORD @ 10:37:22 29/01/21
Price...... £0.02395! which should be a sell! but its my buy... crafty MMs.. they are all buys.
II have now confirmed that RMS has issued the GM and have now put up the option to enable voting on their website.
1. Visit our website and select Login
2. Open the ‘portfolio’ menu
3. Select ‘voting mailbox’ from the list.
How many million or % of total votes are we up to now just on LSE?
Barely any movement for the first hour which, Yes "I think" is quite good considering the drop each day for the last 4 days.
Looking forward to a slight signal... a slight lift... Could we be in for a 2pm Production RNS, I can't even think about an order RNS at the moment...
MM's keeping a tight hold on this, barely any movement in the share price, watch for the slightest movement and that coul be the leak prior to the RNS which could land anytime today.
Whilst the board of directros are playing games, Gareth Cave as such a substantial holder must have eyes on the ground and know just what news should be released at this time.
1.6 million with II, vote registered and accepted to vote down all 4 resolutions. Intend to top up like many others prior to the GM.
I do hope Gareth Cave votes the same way in a show of solidarity with smaller share holders. We must keep voting as we cannot guarantee his vote.
I’m just asking, is this wise to add a name to such a list so that the likes of TB and other directors know just how close voting is going to be? Ergemont already has the list.
