Based on the current announcement, the deal has only been agreed in principle and still needs to become a firm offer and then complete. The bidder currently has until 3 August 2026 to make a firm offer. After that, if the takeover completes, shareholders who accepted the offer are normally paid within a few business days, although the exact timing depends on the terms of the offer and your broker. If everything goes well we should cash in via our broker 690p per share. Happy Monday so far and finger crossed.

I sold my 660 shares after a year and two dividends plus 1.8k profit. sold at 742.00. Nice gain.

A little analysis from a friend of mine, what’s your view on it?

I looked at GlaxoSmithKline pretty much both basic trend and short term trend are up plus 98% of traders are up.
If it were to fall below 1350 there would be a real risk of further bearish corrections, below 1.181 the trend becomes bearish.
On the upside, the first important target is at 1700 where the rise may suffer a pause, at 1800 instead there is the strongest resistance of the last 10 years which is the riskiest point where I would collect part of the profits and risk only a part. If it breaks the 1800s it will then be in price discovery, so it will go up until the pressure from sellers stops it.

When is due the allocation of the share issues? I believe the SP should arrive below £2 the next day based on my experience with RR and IAG

What’s your view?

I’m waiting for a good entry point and I think around £2 is the right bottom price .

If tomorrow the SP will drop which I don’t believe this at all I will be happy to buy more however I think the past few days was the last chance to top up. Good luck everyone for tomorrow and hopefully no bounce back going forward.

I’m willing to invest with Tui soon or later can someone confirm if the rights issue have been already allocated to the shareholders? I just want to cross check if the current SP is included with the drop due to the RI.

Please be advised that holders of less than the qualifying 1000 shares will cease to be shareholders of the Company once the Consolidation has become effective. In such circumstances, those shareholders may instead receive a cash payment in lieu of their entitlement to a New share.

On 11th December 2020, Edenville announced that it was proposing a Consolidation of its shares on the basis outlined above. The Consolidation is intended to improve the marketability of the Company's shares to a wider range of investors through a higher share price, simultaneously reducing volatility in the Edenville share price.

The Consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5th January 2021.

Subsequently, the Consolidation is expected to become effective on 6th January 2021 and the New Consolidated shares are expected to be credited to your account on or after that date.
