It said the initial phase of drilling aimed to maintain the project's existing output profile for three months, after which Galileo intended to replace depleted resources over a six-month period.

Longer term, the company planned a broader programme of regional reconnaissance drilling to extend the mine's life.

Chairman Colin Bird said the work was progressing as planned.

Jubilee unlike other companies that give the actual number of votes for an against each resolution, are never open with what percentage of the shareholders vote and of those that do vote what percentage are for the resolution. The only information I have seen in the AGM results is the statement ' All the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed with the requisite majority votes'.

Any idea what the actual vote counts were at the last AGM, for passing of resolutions, appointing directors etc.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of Jubilee's three billion plus shares are actually voted.

Hopefully the binding offer to buy the SA operations will take as long and have the same outcome as our binding JV with IRH on the waste rock project

Why would this company build up a 3.43 % stake in JPL?

Not sure if this is Copper360 which listed on the JSE last April, it has traded in a range R 2.30 to R 20.00 with 698,351,660 shares issued. They have concluded a deal to buy the mine next door with a concentrator, funded by an offtake agreement with Fujax UK Limited. I have no opinion on this company other than they seem to have moved very quickly

to get deals done, time will tell if they can produce copper at volume and profitably.

IRH and Jubilee will aim to complete the implementation of the SPV and associated appointments by 31 January 2024. IRH will provide the necessary capital through equity and loans, subject only to IRH completing its due diligence
