Tommy is right. Americans are familiar with the term 'Z-pak'.

I'm not a doctor so stand corrected on this but I think when he said 'Z-Pak' he meant what americans know as a pack of antibiotics (tHere was one antibiotic last year (arythromicin) that looked promising but in December 2020 but a randomized controlled trial in the UK showed that it offers no clinical benefit at all for Covid-19). The term 'Z-pak' that he uses here, in my mind stands for ease of use, something that Americans are familiar with, that you can take easily at home. IMO he is referring to a treatment like SNG001.

Maen, that's worrying, but also reassuring that they are planning and taking steps now. Is there a feeling that the new variants are the worry here (knowns/unknowns), or is it simply because numbers shot up generally after Christmas and so they expect an increase on paediatric cases in line with that surge?
