Spade my minor experience of dual listing was with petropavlosk in 2019 , when they went on the moex after 15 years just on lse , no extra shares were added , same shares just traded in 2 countries , although this is now a moot point , due to invasion . And wether the time difference makes any difference i am not sure as russia was only 2 hours ahead , obviously ggp shares could be traded for 16 hours , at least we would know the direction of the sp each day lol

Surely a dual listing could take many months to sort out , the 5% will be known in the next couple of weeks , if it is paid it has to be used to pay the debt first , I can’t see the two being connected in any way
