Lots of ways this could play out , will newmont want any jv partners , will they insist newcrest buy ggp out before the takeover to not over complicate things or sell the 70% to ggp consortium, going to be an interesting few months

So is it 4 weeks for the due diligence, then will it have to go to both lots of shareholders for a vote , and then if agreeable it could go ahead unless a rival bid comes in after the 4 weeks , anyone know the timescales on these sort of deals until completion ? Thanks in advance

As i said the only one he is fully in control of is the asx , and tbf that is fact all the others are joint or out of his control , why can’t you just agree with facts , it’s not a de ramp or anything just the truth

I doubt all of them , until the takeover scenario is sorted , which could take 6 months no one knows for sure , just keeping it real for the guy that asked
