Of course it’s highly likely that has an end point in sight for monetisation that doesn’t require immediate works only that they occur prior to that point. He will be here no matter what but the rest can be more economically and politically coordinated to the end point.

If we were listed on the US market we would be multiples of present share price. Watching Mdm Lagarde this morning speaking in Frankfurt as more bad economic data drops from Germany and France. She draws a stark contrast between US market and the rest. She has a gimlet eye on savings and pension funds. Sounds familiar. Can you make a case that public service pension funds should invest much more in domestic markets ? I suppose if the folks who run your society don’t want to invest then maybe time for a change of management 😄. Whatever your views on PG’s idiosyncrasies and salary it stands that he has enormous capital at stake. Fundamental stuff imo.

I think it’s fair to say Mold that you and your pals have bullied , harassed and most of all thoroughly bored quite a few decent posters off the BB. And yes OLAD I was surprised that a service provider had approached with a request to be paid in shares rather than cash. It’s hardly a negative for goodness sake’s 👍😎

MF7 I think PG had mentioned in perhaps a throwaway Nov end. Best to be relaxed about timetables here frustrating tho many find it so 2025 wouldn’t surprise 😄 .

Ireland has benefited enormously from a permissive tax environment. Europe and particularly Germany are struggling and America First is dead ahead. Reality can be delayed but not denied. Some positive news from TT will cheer everyone up and I suspect that’s where the focus is at present. 👍

40th - The plethora of independents is particularly interesting. Quite a strong showing and left or right I suspect they will be much more closely aligned to the public’s deep unhappiness. From the main parties perspective they can buy them off more easily than perhaps the highly ideological greens. Let’s face it- Change which is coming is very unlikely to be less positive for PRED than existing circumstances.
