I attach no importance to many of the most persistent posters on here. The obdurate , irrational failure to engage with a novel , complex and dynamic enterprise speaks to ignorance or mendacity. I’m in no doubt as to the opportunity this presents and the unavoidable elements of risk in each strand. It’s a remarkable proposition.

Agreed MRob. The presentation shows an intention of monetising Ireland and much of Morocco this year allowing more rapid progress. I fully understand PG’s caution in not making us vulnerable. In this respect he’s played a blinder. The return comes when outside money is passed on to we the shareholders. If he has any rabbits in a hat then marvellous but under no circumstances bugger this up by playing to the gallery 👍

General market and usual traders very unforgiving of delays. Doesn’t of course mean they aren’t going to occur. Amateurish frustration aside I see a proposed workflow chock full of individually transforming objectives. Multiple stand alone options for really significant returns. If I saw a better option I’d invest in it. Onward and GLA 👍

PP there’s a queue of people waiting in Ireland to do the same. Hopefully not necessary but if it is then we don’t have to be heavily involved to benefit. The electoral outlook is changing in UK which could create greater uncertainty for Ireland. There’s multiple threats to Irelands economic stability which individually would force a rethink. I’m off the opinion that it’s very possible that several will present as past economic and ideological nostrums collapse.

Two things. If sensible enough to take profit previously then with free carry you can be more sanguine. More importantly if I was negotiating with a mega rampy bod with a collapsing share price I’d take my own sweet time and hold their feet to the fire. Not great for the genuine buy and hold guys.

De -risking here for some would involve actually buying some shares 😄.

No matter the management, company’s such as this have the potential to multiply your investment or ravage it. Triumph or ruin. Just the way of it. It’s going to be a wild ride. The one thing you must have is trust. If you believe the management have lied to you then run for the hills because in a challenging process there will be no end of that. If you think they haven’t then that would make investing at least a possibility.
