On a technical note- You have gas flow, rate and period demonstrated and a good to go commercial agreement. Is it not most likely that all of this will be coordinated in one release ?. Could a larger agreement begin to develop which might delay even further ? . Market sensitive and commercial negotiation are fairly elastic terms
