Possible Scenarios:
✅ Cooley-Led Consortium: If Dr. Cooley has increased his holdings significantly, it suggests that he may be working with others to gain a larger stake in the company. These others could be holding shares just below the declaration threshold (3%) to avoid immediate attention.
✅ Motivation: There could be a few reasons for this type of move:
✅ Takeover Bid: The group might be planning a takeover bid to gain control of the company.
✅ Strategic Partnership: They could be seeking a partnership or large influence on the company's direction.
✅ Belief in Future Growth: They may genuinely believe in the company's future potential and intend to secure a large shareholding.
The art of investing is knowing the facts that are available right now.
Dr. Cooley's original 3% stake was acquired at 1.5p. Last week, he increased his holding to 11%. Now, the suspense begins.
Why did Dr. Cooley increase his stake at the last minute? Clearly, there's a plan to be executed here by him and others he's currently working with.

Here's what they do:
What are supercapacitors?
✅ Supercapacitors are energy storage devices, much like batteries.
✅ They have a very high capacitance, meaning they can store a lot of energy relative to their size.
✅ Unlike batteries, they can charge and discharge energy extremely quickly.
✅ Supercapacitors can last through hundreds of thousands of charge/discharge cycles.
What CAP-XX does
CAP-XX makes thin, prismatic supercapacitors. These are uniquely designed to provide powerful energy bursts and offer long operational lifetimes. Here's where their supercapacitors are used:
✅ Commercial and industrial electronics: Applications like handheld computers, point-of-sale terminals, backup power for critical systems.
✅ Consumer handheld devices: Digital cameras, tablet computers, mobile phones, etc.
✅ Clean energy applications: Energy harvesting for sensors, micro-hybrid vehicles.
Why CAP-XX supercapacitors are unique
Their thin, flat design allows integration into applications where space is extremely limited. This helps create smaller and more functional electronic devices across many industries.
CAP-XX is a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems used in portable and small-scale electronic devices.
The unique feature of CAP-XX supercapacitors is their very high power density and high energy storage capacity in a space-efficient prismatic package. These attributes are essential in power-hungry consumer and industrial electronics, and deliver similar benefits in automotive and other transportation applications.
I believe orders are being filled around 0.25p, which is causing the drop to fill the order. I can see large sells being easily bought up.
