In respect of your email:
If you “visited” the mine on 7 September, this was without authority or permission from the mine operator, GMOW (Operations) Limited. As such, your presence constitutes trespassing. There are signs both on the main gate to the site and at other locations that the site is private property and that unauthorised persons are not allowed on site.
It is completely false to state that “no one has been there for months”. We have recently completed two major drilling programmes at the mine, as most recently announced to AIM on 24 August. We have geologists and other personnel working on the project full-time in north Wales. With respect, it is not our responsibility to inform you where our staff are working at any particular time or indeed what they are working on. Suffice it to say that we have work activities ongoing not only at the mine site, but also at our technical office in Dolgellau, at our core shed in Dolgellau and at various locations throughout the Dolgellau Gold Belt where we are carrying on exploration activities.
We do not know what you mean about the equipment being “just left as it was when finished with”. Our equipment is all in good working order.
We have been alerted to the fact that you appear to have posted similar views on a chatroom site. We note that you also claim to have photos of site. As our site is private property, this constitutes further evidence of your trespassing. We would advise you not to post or otherwise disseminate your photographs in the public domain, otherwise we may be forced to take further action. Hopefully this will not be necessary and we can draw a veil over this matter.
Finally, we will be putting out an update for shareholders in due course.

Dear Sir. I visited the mine at LLechfraith on Tuesday 7 Sept.
I am a long term holder of shares with Alba, previously Stellar.
I was not impressed with the mine. No one working there.Just
an unkempt security guard. No one has been there for months!
How on Earth can you justify shareholder confidence with the
equipment left just as it was when finished with. Not cleaned
or serviced? No updates on progress of the mine.No selling
of supposedly gold extracted.
Thank you.
Hi everyone. I visited the mine on Tuesday 7th Sept. To be disappointed is putting
it mildly. I am not one to put a damper on anyone`s aspirations but there is not a
lot going for this mine!
I have been a lth since Stellar days. I visited the mine earlier when DL was there.
To carry on with my observations....When I arrived at the mine I passed a window
where I saw a security man.He did not see me. I carried on to a part of the building
where I saw machinery standing idle, apparently uncleaned and just left as it was
when finished with. Then the security man caught up with me!
I explained I was a share holder with quite a few shares with Alba and could I ask
him a few questions? He agreed.
Q1. Where is everybody?
Ans. There has been nobody here for months.
Q2. Have you any shares in Alba?
Ans.No,I cannot afford it.
Q3. If you could afford it would you buy shares in Alba?
Ans. I am not sure.
Q4.Are they going to carry on drilling?
Ans.I think for now they have finished.
Q4.Are the dewatering?
Ans. They are waiting for permission to start(which we all knew.)
He then showed me samples from the crusher.Very fine particles of rock with
a few particles of shiny metal, maybe gold.
After that I returned to my car at the top of the hill.
I hope this is of help.I took photos but I need a convection to my phone to print.
As soon as I buy one I will post on this bb.
