Ripley, totally agree that the use of antibody was communicated quite a few months ago. It has been a bad day , Although i would say a MM’s perfect RNS as they could easily drop the price and create undue panic and anew market, been in for nearly 2 years and now just below my average but although losing a wee bit of confidence in management , I do have confidence in the wide Avacta portfolio, which I believe will bear fruit in the months to come.

Although painful today , having a balanced portfolio helps ride these down days.

I am assuming the 2 + months of data the FDA has seen would have included any potential issues around FAP cleaving and must have concluded low risk and are scientifically assured to have approved P1 trials as patient safety is paramount.

Checking back in after a few weeks away now the salmon season is over. Same old drivel, NDN still w@nking into his sock as he spouts his sermons. Long term hold for me as it has been since investing in 1H 2020 and see no reason why AS and AVCT will not deliver on both the diagnostic and therapeutic areas of the business. GLA

You won’t see this NDN as you have me filtered , if AVCT is so bad , just sell and leave. Also we are only down today because of a dodgy UT trade yesterday evening. Slightly better than SNG’s performance post their results today. Will be back about Xmas to check how we are doing but very positive long term. Hope you are still not on LSE posting constantly then, what a waste. Life is not a rehearsal, don’t waste it on here.

Well the NHS LFT certainly doesn’t, student son and a fair number of friends celebrated a 21st, outside and inside and probably not within guidelines (but having watched the football supporters , think there was less hugging going on at their party so not feeling too guilty) , anyway one of the party tested positive (PCR) and 10 of them took the NHS Innova LFT and all were negative, few started to feel unwell so went for a PCR , 8 out of the 10 tested positive. Interesting though is that the parents of one who had gone home for 3 days after the party have tested negative with PCR , both double jabbed. So come on UK Gov , get a LFT test out that we can have confidence in. C’mon AVCT ,it’s been a long hold and sure it will be worth it !!

Most will remember Chengdo4 , fervent poster and then announced he sold all his AVCT holding in mid Jan and bought Angle (agl) and disappeared of LSE. Profit would have been about them same if he had stayed with AVCT , but I believe much less stressful in Angle. Think he picked another AIM winner.
FYI I’m invested in both.

Someone is buying , quoted to sell from 2500 up to 10000 shares at 2.417, tried a ‘sell all’ but got NT.

For a period of an hour this afternoon. I was constantly getting quoted 2.68 to sell £45k , then went NT, MM’s trying to fill large orders???
Didn’t sell, no chance but often try and get a quote so sell a large volume to better understand demand

Struggling to get used to seeing a ‘2’ as the first number, been in since the 40’s with various top up’s through the spring of 2020, last one was in may 2020 when got spiked at 1.57, this is not for me as retired early at 57 , but for my kids , although all over 20 will make a big difference to their lives. As I said a week or so ago, get Sir Al on the 5pm briefing with the PM and he can explain the differences between PCR and LFT and why the public should trust and embrace testing using Avacta (hopefully) LFT’s. Many investors on here bought in to the vision whether last year or this year after watching a Sir Al presentation, where he explained in a way everyone could understand and feel confident in their decision making. GLA

As investors in Avacta I’m sure we have all been impressed with Al’s presentation skills and his ability to explain complex medical science in a way all can understand, what an opportunity the UK Gov have when announcing a sovereign LFT to have Al explain to the UK and the world why this test is needed , why it works , how it will help and just for a bit of fun have Deek’s in the other corner for a wee LFT vs PCR debate !

Tonight I opened a special malt and had a wee dram to toast what could be a pivotal moment in Avacta’s rise to being a household name in therapeutic and diagnostic therapies. GLA

Remember that Monday well, fishing in the Tay for salmon and my phone was going mad and even caught a bar of silver. Having being In this share for 10 months it could be another special Monday.
Earlier today I posted and was quoted to sell 25k shares for at least 30 mins and always got a price up to 1.8325, did they know and wanted our shares?Based on today’s volume the shares are in sticky hands and the MM’s will be short on Monday morning. GLA

A lot of respect for the Janus Henderson funds , solid returns, we used their Global Tech fund (was Henderson before merger) for the 3 kids as they grew up, family allowance put to good use for them.
