Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Timster see Devex's post 20.12 from last night, explains where they are and the order of play going forward.
Have just finished call from IG and they have done their risk assessment on Frontera and the margin will be going up to 50%, NOT the 100% they told me last week.
This is telling me that they have clearly down graded the risk from last week , which is good news. Wonder why??
Shafqut, you bought shares and hope they will go up, that is a long position. A short position is obviously the converse, people who want the share to go down. No need to worry. We are all locked in anyway. GL
Hi all, I also have a CFD long position on Frontera, spoke to IG last week and the chap said I would have to cover the full amount another £32k, luckily I have it. Had to sell other stocks though, which I didn't really want to do.
So it is strange brgm69 that you have been told 50%?? Hope it is. Will have to ring and re-confirm.
With regards the 20th Feb, isn't that the date shares get kicked out of ISA's if you are with HL. Just a coincidence??? Be bloody unfair if you get kicked out of the tax wrapper, for the shares to be relisted not long after.

Thanks Devex, I have sent a follow up email with proof of share position in Frontera. Cheers
My understanding is, if the board wanted to take the company private they would have to make an offer, like any normal buyout. So not a problem at all. Share holders have the power to turn down the offer by majority.
Initial thoughts were oh shit, but having read the RNS it doesn't sound that bad, it is a loan which is a draw down facility. The monies will be used to continue work at Balcombe. I think people need to read the RNS in its entirety.
My apologies RB40, I was looking at a petition presently being signed linked to Gov.co.uk.
You're wrong there RB40, the peoples' vote petition, which incidentally, has been running longer only stands at 127k
Feeling pretty angry at the moment, at bloody Christmas too.
Struggling to understand the BOD thinking here, letting this happen over an interest payment of only $2m. With everything lining up too, BP, BH and possible funding. Surely there has to be a plan. Tell me they knew what they were doing and things will pan out, they can't be that incompetent. They had the means to pay, in shares, however unsavoury it may have felt.
Guess we will just have to sit back now and let it play out.
Second that Timster, hope you're ok Rainbow?
Merry bloody Christmas
Good posts this morning by Kenirogas 08.09 and 08.13. The point that clearly states that the directors fiduciary duties trump that of any interests in other entities/companies is very clear, as below.
1. a duty to act in what the directors bona fide consider to be the best interests of the company (and in this regard it should be noted that the duty is owed to the company and not to associate companies, subsidiaries or holding companies; what is in the best interests of the group (if any) of companies to which the company belongs is not necessarily in the best interests of the company);
However I do hope, as others have suggested, there are other emails, other than the ones we have all read, clearly indicating Hope's veto of loans and alternative offer as SN has implied in the affidavit.
I can not believe that such a cavalier approach would have been adopted over the $2m interest payment due in Sept. You don't risk everything, that has been built and fought for, over such a small amount. A simple primary bid would have raised this sum quickly and simply.
I have to add, Hope does come across as reasonable, professional and diligent in his emails, so, once again, I hope that more evidence has been lodged, and shows proof of Hopes intentions, or an impartial judge could easily show in his favour.
Great news with regards BP.
GLA and Best Wishes for the Festive Season
Last time I looked Cyrox we lived in a democracy so all political are relevant. As for climate change I couldn't give a damn, sorry if that is harsh, but the reality is the people trying to save the planet are actually trying to save us, "civilisation" and quite frankly we have f**ked the planet up, no other creature, us. The planet will be better off once we have all left it, it will recover and be the beautiful place it once was. So climate change sod it. Changing my light bulbs to low energy really isn't going to wash.
No problem bidnolid. Should be a good growth company over the next few years. They are building some good contracts and contacts.
"Whilst the agreement will not result in a material financial benefit to the Company, it will significantly broaden the reach of Brave Bison's engaging influencer and social video content and therefore strengthen its future ability to attract brands and advertising to the channels" I think the rest of the sentence, bidnolid is very important. "attract brands and advertisers to the channels"
I think this is an excellent RNS, so much future potential. Growing nicely.
Great article Richard, I suggest everyone read it. Really illustrates the sort of person Tw is, completely and utterly incompetent. His record demonstrates his lack of integrity and underhanded dealings. Would definitely help to settle peoples nerves when he is spouting his bile, understanding his failure as a share tipper.
Ignore Crude Trader he is easy brent, has written the same statement on his twitter page. Just talking his own book.
