I got out years ago and at a profit!! So, I have no interest except to point out once again that the way this company has been run, in particular information given out to the public and investors amounts to a fraud. For goodness sake avoid at all costs.

Quite agree. This company,whatever it now calls itself, has been run fraudulently for several years. Don’t get sucked in by the latest bright idea.

You are correct to say that false information has been provided. It’s been going on for years and emanates from the board of directors who have fleeced shareholders. I got out several years ago with a profit.

So, the latest ploy is to jump on the gold bandwagon. This company has been run like a Ponzi scheme for several years and yet it carries on. Please let us put it out of business so that investors are no longer tricked by false promises to fund directors lifestyles. I got out pre Palombo so I have a disinterested viewpoint now (I did leave with a profit BTW although that seems unbelievable.

The line between incompetence and dishonesty is a thin one and over the years has been crossed with this outfit. I got out years before the crash and even made a profit. Not that I am gloating as the types on this BOD should be banned. Regrettably there are many more others like them on AIM.

The company is quite correct in pointing out the factual situation . Once again the dangers of speculation and unsubstantiated comment are shown up. This time it has cost people money. Much better if people who don’t know what’s going on kept away from their keyboards. That’s why my posts are very rare.

You are right to be cautious with this lot. I got out a few years ago and made a decent profit. Since then it has plummeted with placing after placing and many untruths . Avoid.

Given the cutting edge technology here and the huge potential in the product I wonder why government funding is not available. Perhaps it is. Does anybody know?

There’s the stink of fraud about the actions of certain directors and former directors. I hope they find themselves personally liable some way or another. I intend to assist in that process.

I am a long term holder and am now seriously concerned about the future of the company. With the collapse of Billingham project and all that is happening on other projects (delay after delay) I now suspect investors have been taken for a ride. I think it is time for shareholders to take action.

Is there a jury in this case?
