Bearing in mind the disclosure from 18th December which acknowledged that the company could be on the hook for up to 14.2 million euro, however unlikely, would it not be a tad prudent to hold off on buy backs until the french tax office gives the company the all clear.

24th june has come and gone and still no redemption monies from GABI in my account.

Has anybody received theirs before i start moaning to either the company or my broker.?
