I think you will find that since the financial crises stock options awarded by companies to senior executives are vested for a minimum of 3/4 years. IMHO.

Good for him. We all know FBT can't afford to pay him huge salary, so the only other way is awarding him options. Like this chap already. Topped up this morning. Onwards and upwards. At these levels you must even be tempted Shylock. You know as well as I do, loads will buy, just off the back of Ian's purchase yesterday. IMHO.

I think it does show he means business, and he knows what markets like to see. I think he's going to make some big changes at FBT. IMHO.

Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT) announces that it has received notification that Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased 762,862 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.24 pence per Ordinary Share.

Looks like kick off is early. The buying has already started.

This could all kick off tomorrow once figures are out of the way. All to play for. IMHO.

Why? That's the current market valuation. I wouldn't have a problem with that. Anyway your contradicting yourself. Earlier you were saying options wouldn't be an incentive for Ian, and now your saying it would be disgraceful to award him options with such a low strike. Make your mind up you Fooooool.

The options don't cost you anything until you decide to exercise them. Being awarded 6p strike options, gives you the right to buy at 6p at a later date. They are normally vested so you can't exercise them for X number of years.

Of course it's an incentive you fool. They don't cost him anything, and share price goes up he's a winner. Aziz had about 1.5 million, so I'm sure he would get similar. IMHO.

Well we know it's not going to be a disaster, because Ian wouldn't have joined. He's obviously an ambitious guy and only 45, with a great CV. We know he's not come for the salary as FBT can't afford huge salaries. I can only presume he's seen the order book, seen Stephen Streaters vision, and sees a great future for FBT. I'm sure he will be offered a load of 6p strike options which is fine by me, because that gives him a great incentive to get share price back up. Once figures out of the way, its onwards and upwards. IMHO.

Not me, I'm in for the big money. Once the interims are out of the way the share price should start moving on up. This new CEO looks the part, and we still have POC and PILOT. Going to start getting very interesting. IMHO.

Certainly looking good for FBT. You've bought in at a great price. Miton Group were happy to add another 15 million shares in the last 10p placing to their existing holdings, so they must be of the same opinion as Ian. IMHO.
