That explains the lack of stock available. Just seen CEO has over 80% himself. Only 15% available to everyone else. I have high hopes for this one. The planning application for 22 mentioned on here could be a significant catalyst on its own. They also seem to be shifting these houses at over 600k a piece. 10m cap could be doubled easy for starters.

Due to the ASX de listing could that reult in a sell of of some sorts driving the rpice down? Is the Market not pricing anything in for China asset, as it is probably too costly to develop based on the gas flow they are likely to achieve? The last ZJS7 update was lack luster.

I am interested but have a few questions to ask, if someone can help. I am interested in buying shares in TRAF but have a few questions (niggles) to ask, if someone can help I would appreciate. 1. Losses carried forward from previous years have reduced the tax charge for this financial year Had a quick look but can't see to see this figure, how much are the losses carried forward? 2. Current liabilities borrowings of £3.4m and non-current borrowings stand at £5m, total £8.8m. In terms of projected turnover how much can they cope with an interest rate rise? Anyone know what percent rise they could cope with? Say if it went up 2%? Also, how much of this debt is from loans by the Johnson family?
