Very close, you will be all seeking revenge for the renewal at Aintree. My day job is working for a Housing Association Finances are tight with salary increase below inflation and government enforcing a reduction of rent of 1% per annum for the next three year.s. In summary savings are needed. Relevance to TEF is see more of the Greystar partnerships than sales to Housing Associations. Just my opinion.

Sales now at 140 representing almost 40% of total, with completion due Mid 2020. Terr" Thanks for quick review of Urban and Civic ( UANC ) , read an interesting article in trade press, that summarises where they came from and vision. Final results due out 28th Nov http://www.costar.co.uk/en/assets/news/2017/October/CoStar-Interview-Urban--Civic-breaking-the-mould/
Our CEO at Telford has taken a role at Urban and Civic - as non-executive director with effect from 01 September 2017.Full year results are due on 28th Nov and high volume of share traded recently. Wanted thoughts of Sain / Terrace and Strictly of this co and finances as considering selling 25% of my TEF holding to Urban and Civic
Just checked and dividend now has been paid, but should it treally ake 7 working days from Capita receiving on Fri 17th Feb payment from Tui to dividend being paid on Tues 28th Feb? Capita you should be ashamed.
I have complained to Tui Travel Invester Relations spoke to Lady " Hazel " at office of Andy Long about unacceptable delay by Capita in paying uk shareholders. https://www.tuigroup.com/en-en/investors/contact The more shareholders that contact Tui Travel, may result in result in Capita making payment. and certainly will make Tui give clear direction to whoever the registrars are in 2018 and hopefully it isn't still Capita.
Current performance has been affected by 2 issues: 1) Tunisia massacre and 2) Unsettled times in Greece. I have a simplistic view that UK and other European Nationals will continue want to go on holiday but will choose destinations that they perceive are safer. Tui will be able to accommodate the extra demand in Portugal, Spain and Turkey. The Greece debacle alas means that Greece is not a destination people will choose until they know they can access cash machines and the politics have settled down. Share price in my opinion will bounce back to £11.50 but probably not until Sept when the peak holiday season has ended. Just my opinion!
My perception of the increase in share price is down to two reasons, excellent consistent results as investors like consistency and not surprises like at TCG and the announcement on 03rd Dec by George Osborne - Chanceller - Air passenger duty for children under the age of 12 on economy travel will be abolished from May 2015 with follow tweet " "This will save a family of four £26 on a flight to Europe, and £142 on one to the US," the Treasury tweeted. " This will help Tui in two direct ways, holidaymakers will likely use the saving and contribute towards buying a more expensive holiday and less administration costs in having to pay UK Gov the APD. When the French economy picks up, Tui will benefit, leaving the Russia holiday market an outstanding concern. Once the politics are resolved in Russia and Ukraine, Tui will be a direct benefit. They do like to travel just as mucj as they like investing in the property market in London.
With all the rain across the country in January, can't help but think it makes people think ahead and start planning and booking that First Choice / Thomson Holiday. Combine this with that January is historically the busiest month in the year for bookings made, feel good about the year ahead. I recall TT l/y inc one off amounts ( losses ) which should not re-occur and with lower oil price and holidays costed when price of oil was higher, think TT will make more margin per holiday.
Thomson and First Choice saw the busiest day of the year this weekend, with almost 1.2 million people visiting a Thomson shop or searching for a holiday online this Saturday. With oil price being low now and TT likely to have priced summer 2014 prices based on higher oil prices is it to simple to think that TT will make more profit per holiday as able to purchase some oil at lower prices now? Welcome your feedback.
