At very least previous shareholders should be offered heavily reduced shares in newco (if they are brave enough to) in effort to reduce losses.

Having spoken in depth to an Autotrader regional manager I am ever more sure that this is only being held up by the weight of debt. Someone doesn't want a multi billion pound pill. The word on the st seems to be that google will offer pay per click options that will kill the current market leaders. Having had it explained it seemed very plausible. Where would you search first? No negative agenda here, I'd love it to see a recovery but odds are against.
