Calderkate. Thanks for the heads up on the Medica 2023 Trade Fair at Dusseldorf.
Omega / CNS have got a stand there:

At the end of his letter to OSAG, the chairman says,
" .... I would urge your investors to "LISTEN" to the company presentation ..... "
If the CEO & FD were going to be on camera, he would have said instead, "WATCH" the presentation.
The presentation is going to be on the usual Investors Meet webcast platform. Pretty much all the presentations I watch on there have the directors live, on camera. Very rarely is it a recording with no cameras on directors.
Considering the obcene salaries the CEO & FD pay themselves, its quite appalling they can't be bothered - and haven't got the balls to talk to us on camera. 'Says it all really.
Lucksin. 'Just to clarify, this isn't a service where you pay £45 and ShareSoc set up a campaign for you. ShareSoc do a lot more besides running campaigns. So just to explain a little bit more about how they work:
I've been a member of ShareSoc for many years. I joined up mainly to attend their events in London, where company directors (usually CEO & FD of 4 x AIM listed companies) give presentations to an audience of around 100 private investors. If you can't make it to the event, they're all recorded for members to watch online.
The events are followed by a networking buffet, etc. So you can get up close, chatting to directors over a glass of wine, etc. The events are also an excellent opportunity to chat to the ShareSoc directors about problems such as we have with Omega. Before Covid came along, that used to be a good way of setting up a shareholders action group, etc.
Unfortunately, Covid put a stop to all those events. But ShareSoc are continuing to work hard for private investors, advising and supporting shareholder action groups, etc. They support the principles of good corporate governance, representing the interests of private investors, run campaigns, etc:
https://www.sharesoc.org/about-us/objects/
But unless ShareSoc are already dealing with the Omega case, they're unlikely to register for the Omega investor meeting on 24th February. So we need a few of the active contributors to this forum to give them the "heads up", eg:
Okehurst1
Computer909
Maximillian3
They would need to first all, join ShareSoc and then, just send them a statement of facts about how Omega have misled investors, squandered investors' cash, paid themselves exorbitant salaries, etc. Then hopefully, ShareSoc will take up the case.
AimMissionary and JafTrade would do better if they asked ShareSoc to assist them with their OSAG. The ShareSoc team do this all the time. They're a professional organisation. So they carry a lot more clout and are far more likely to succeed.
From the website:
" ..... Companies that are in difficulties or where corporate governance issues have arisen often need the coordinated action of shareholders to rectify matters. We represent shareholders in such cases, and support the formation of shareholder action groups where necessary.
If you are considering forming a “shareholder action group” to tackle a specific company, you should read this note first: Shareholder Action Groups ... "

As far as we're aware, CK did not sell a single ODX share.
But in terms of the way CK misled investors, he clearly demonstrated that he cannot be trusted. What he did was criminal and his personal financial affairs should be thoroughly investigated.
If CK is found to have sold shares, then he should go to prison. We must not forget this article of 12th February suggested the police may need to be involved:
"Investors pour their scorn on Omega"

ShareSoc are a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to shareholders in sorting out dodgy BODs. etc. They set up action groups and run campaigns on specific company issues:
https://www.sharesoc.org/category/campaigns/
For example: Sirius, where many PIs lost money.
https://www.sharesoc.org/campaigns/sirius/
The ShareSoc website does say they have some notable success stories.
ShareSoc should really be informed about ODX as soon as possible to ensure they register for the ODX presentation. Its not expensive to become a member. The full membership fee is only £45 per annum.
Marik. TW will have been following ODX for a very long time. So his rumour articles were very planned.
I suspect he has people working for him, like all the thread wreckers over on ADVFN, posting garbage 24/7 to prevent any meaningful discussion about ODX. And I suspect at least half the posters on here, on LSE are probably TW people.

Streuth! Have they not got anything more important to worry about!
In terms of CK's image, its a bit p*ss poor he can't face up to using a video camera .... in terms of still mug shot photo.
My thoughts on how the ODX shareprice may be affected by that press article ....
If its in the Press ..... its in the Price.
So after last weeks shakeout / markdown, we start going back up.
